Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been very recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The haman was not available, but it was not needed. I highly recommend the property.

Jessica and her children's home was perfect for our stay with friends. The children had plenty to enjoy outside (trampoline, swing, balls, etc.) or inside (board games, an ex-tra-or-di-na-ry playroom). Adults also around the spacious terrace, the cozy living room and the quality barbecue (not to mention the jacuzzi). Jessica was a very thoughtful and accommodating host, even by interposed messages. The 5 adults, 3 children and baby who were present during this stay ALL recommend a stay in Poligny :-)!

Beautiful house with a still enchanting garden. Everything was clean and the most important things on site. Laurent asked, without being intrusive, if everything was there and if we were satisfied. In summary, it was very nice and definitely worth a visit. Thanks a bunch

Our group had a wonderful stay at Pascal, the location is perfect for groups with all facilities you can imagine. For activities you must look for in the surrounding area. We went kayaking and visited Chateau Fontainebleau, all relative close by. Pascal is very friendly and quick to react to any questions. Would definitely recommend the place to groups who are looking for a quiet and relaxed French experience.

The studio offered by Audrey is well located, less than 15 minutes' walk from the trails and climbing sites and close to friendly shops. It's a studio, so ideal for 2, but we stayed 4 with 2 children, enjoying the beautiful garden and the very large pool.

The house is as described: very charming and pleasant to live in and the village is very pleasant. Hélène is accommodating and communication is easy. Thanks to Gérard (the neighbor) for these good tips!

The house and setting is beautiful. Excellent bedding. It was really great. The only small downside is that there were no photos of the outdoor staircase to access the house. The person accompanying me is prone to dizziness and had difficulty descending due to the void and lack of a ramp. The same goes for small children... there is still a risk that they will fall by accident...

Marion was very responsive and friendly. The accommodation was really clean and tastefully decorated. Everything was great!

Excellent one-night stay in this charming little house. There is all the necessary equipment, the premises are warm and comfortable and the setting is very pleasant. In addition, the house remains cool despite the hot weather. To be booked without hesitation!

We were there for 3 nights. It was perfect: very good welcome - good bedding - it had everything you needed in the house - the view of the Seine from the stay is really magnificent - great calm, apart from the birds.... which are obviously a great pleasure. However, the leather couch isn't too comfortable, but we'll be back. Thanks to Frédéric.

I received a very good welcome from Maryline and her spouse Christophe, both very kind. Toutou is also very welcoming and kind. ;-) The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. All the amenities are there. The town of Moret-sur-Loing is extraordinary to walk around. Lots of beautiful views and a very good restaurant. Totally recommend this Airbnb. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest. It is quiet and very private. Nicolas responds very quickly to messages and gives good advice about the surrounding area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we felt very comfortable. Excursions in Paris are very easy. The train station is only 4'away. Fontainebleau can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. We highly recommend this listing.

Our stay was highly enjoyable. We returned this year to Noelle's house for the second time as this was the best experience airbnb-wise around Fontainebleau. We brought friends and they immediately fell for the house as well. Looking forward to our next stay!
