Well equipped, comfortable apartment with beautiful lake views, close to all the local amenities. Ideally situated for the ferry to Lausanne, exploring the local area, mountains and Geneva. Would highly recommend.

My stay went very well, quiet place. The access explanations were very clear. The apartment is warm, functional and very pleasant. Teo is very responsive in his answers to my questions. I recommend it without hesitating.

Very friendly and accommodating hosts, ready to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, amazing serene environment and views of the lake and surrounding picturesque villages, tastefully decorated and extremely clean first floor of a nice villa, lot of interesting places to visit in nearby art and cultural centers - everything for a very enjoyable vacation! Johanns apartment was in the most perfect location! The interior exceeded our expectations and it was an incredible place to stay for a weekend lake trip and fête de la musique.

Very large studio on the central square of the city equipped with a large panapoli of new amenities. Beautifully decorated with a large balcony and window doors. Very convenient for the thermal baths a 10-minute walk away. The Place overlooks the beautiful large pedestrian area with Monoprix and enough charming little shops. 15min walk, Basilique de la Diocese d 'Annecy then access to the port (small bus every 10 minutes to the port and the Ferry to Lausanne. Being a customer difficult - per the keys 2 times in 1 month, Sylvain showed extraordinary patience!

We had a great stay at Julie's place, who gave us a great welcome. The place is decorated with taste. The apartment is very functional. Restaurants and activities are nearby, the lake is right next door!!! Evian is a very pleasant city, just a stone's throw from Switzerland. Everything was perfect! We recommend it!

very good stay. Communication with Laurence was smooth from the start. Check-in is very pleasant, all the information is given to make sure it goes smoothly whatever our method of arrival (car = cheap parking trick right next door, train = train station right next door). Location. The apartment is very nice, very clean, very well equipped. Note that the bedroom does not have a window to the outside and therefore benefits from daylight via a canopy on the living room. Therefore, if someone wants to sleep while someone else is in the living room, you can't be completely isolated from the light. Anyway, we loved it and it made us want to come back longer to enjoy the area. We will not hesitate to return to this rental!

Axel's place was absolutely amazing – super clean, lovingly decorated, and perfectly equipped. The location was quiet, but still well connected, so you could reach everything quickly. Axel was an attentive and friendly host who was always available for any questions. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

This small, comfortable and stylish apartment is just across the road from the beautiful Lake Leman - you can watch the world go by from the balcony. The apartment is also close to the historic town centre, with its stunning buildings and it is great for public transport links too. We didn't have a car and found travelling around easy. Perfect for bars and restaurants too! A fabulous place in lovely Evian-Les- Baines,

We had a great stay at Corinne and Pierre-Philippe's. The accommodation is great, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view. We had very good advice on activities to do and restaurants. The young Vaïa is adorable, the center of attention. We'll be happy to go back!

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

The most gorgeous location, perfect to stay as a solo traveller. Easy access to beautiful local trails and felt very safe and secure in the property.
