The accommodation is pleasant, well-equipped and located in a quiet residence. Pleasant view from the big balcony. We had a very good stay at this accommodation and we will definitely come back.

Cricri and Mina are great host. The communication had been very smooth. The place is clean and convenient. It overlooks the lake from balcony and is also close to a lot of restaurants. We were allowed to check in early which we really appreciated. The carpark is actually quite easy to access and has a lot of spaces. Nyon is a nice small town itself and the people here are definitely more friendly to the tourists than other areas of Switzerland. We may come back again. Thanks again to Criric and Mina for allowing us to stay at your place!

We had a great time staying! The location is within walking distance of a couple restaurants and a convenience store / small grocery store. We were able to rent bikes from a place less than a 10 minute walk away and use them to commute into the city. There are also two bus lines that head into the city that are great for transportation also. The Airbnb itself was perfect- it had everything we needed, and it was very clean.

I had a good stay in Thierry's studio. well located accommodation close to the lake. Clean Quiet, well arranged. with a bike available. I'll come back, hopefully with the sun... i would recommend...

Ideally located accommodation, close to Old Annecy and the lake, but quiet unlike the accommodation located in the crowded streets of tourists. Large balcony with lake view, perfectly equipped and distributed, the quality of the welcome... Absolutely nothing to complain about, we will definitely come back!

It was a beautiful apartment with a great balcony view over the lake. Though we checked in a bit later than stated 4 pm, due to Charlene needing to fix the kitchen sink. But she was very friendly and informed us earlier and helped with all the necessary information and instructions to get to the place.

Nice little house with a very nice view of the lake. The place is quiet and relaxing. The decor is minimalist, a little cold. The whole place is clean, you just have to sweep a little dust on the ground floor when you move in. My husband, my 22-year-old son and I had a very good relaxing stay of 4 days. Accurate listing. Small but functional, perfect for two people and for a weekend. Clean and well-equipped. The plus: view of the lake from the bedroom corner. The small downsides: very cramped bedroom area and fairly small parking space, requires some maneuvering despite a medium-sized vehicle.

we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

Very appreciable short stay. I liked the presence of air conditioning with the high temperatures, it was cool in the rooms even in the mezzanine. The two beaches below the village are very uncrowded and the peaceful calm of the village is a stone's throw from Switzerland by bike.

Rented a second time and again absolutely great!

A fantastic retreat right on the lake – with a lot of privacy, great for relaxing and enjoying. The lovingly renovated house captivates with its original furnishings and its own charm. The well-kept garden invites you to linger and play. The location is particularly practical: shopping, public transport and beautiful excursion destinations are within easy reach (also within walking distance). All around a perfect place for a relaxing break.

What a lovely apartment in a vibrant and walkable area of Geneva! The apartment is on the top floor with a view of Lake Geneva on one side and a view of the neighborhood on the other. The apartment is beautifully appointed and quiets down around 10 or 11 pm at night, with a bit of pleasant street noise until then. There are lots of restaurants and cafés, and it's one block from an enormous and beautiful park. We enjoyed taking coffee at Chou, just one block over. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again when we're back in Geneva.

The apartment was bright, friendly and nicely decorated as described. Everything you need is there and you are so close to the water that you feel like you are right on the lake. Evian is easily accessible by car and also on foot where there are many shops and good restaurants.

Listing as described. The hosts have equipped it very well and do everything to make you feel at home: good bedding, array of towels/bathrobe, basic products available, small appliances of all kinds, nothing is missing! The accommodation is located in the center of Evian with a parking space which is very convenient. The icing on the cake: the view of the lake!

Great place to visit Lausanne and the neighbouring towns. 10 min walk to the station and 20 min by train to Lausanne station. Great appartement to stay with a baby/toddler! Anne provided all amenities for our little one to feel at home (including the bath). He especially loved the box of toys. Nice to be able to enjoy a small garden & terrasse. Anne has always been very responsive, despite our delayed arrival. And it is very convenient to have a host living not so far

Great location with easy walking to restaurants, waterfront, museums, and less than 10 min walk to the train station. We used Nyon as our launching point for day trips to both the north and the south and it was perfect. We also took the ferry (2 minute walk from the unit) to Vyoire. There is a public parking garage 3 min walk from the unit as well. A little expensive but very convenient. We cooked in the kitchen several days. The kitchen is well supplied with pots/pans/etc but plan to bring/buy most cooking staples (like olive oil, seasoning, etc) If there was 1 negative, I would say, since there is a bar nearby, 1 night during a football match the bar patrons were very loud and we could even hear them in the unit. Not terrible but noticeable. Also, the toilet paper issue reviewed by a previous tenant and been completely addressed as the closet probably had 20 rolls stored in it! Would stay here again.
