Private marina & hot tub — cozy, relaxing studio Apt with no shared walls, just outside Sunriver Resort on a fenced acre, 20 mins to Bend and 25 mins to Mt. Bachelor. Price includes 15.5% Airbnb fee. SUPs (3), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, bikes (3 adult + 2 kid), and snowshoes (4 pairs). Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared. Pepper is a gentle 10-year old retriever mix.

Cosy two story A-Frame cabin among Ponderosa trees in a quiet residential. 5 minutes drive to Sunriver Village, 16 min. Mt Bachelor, 20 m Bend downtown. Living room has a comfy sectional, a single reclining armchair and TV. My cabin has a well appointed kitchen, laundry room with W/D, a Bathroom/Shower downstairs. A 2 bedrooms upstairs with Queen size bed. There is a powder room/toilet upstairs in the hallway. NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES /4 MAX .Please leave my home how you found it. Thank you 😄

There are paved walking/biking trails nearby and a short walk to bars, restaurants and convenience stores.
