Cozy spot close to the airport. Convenient for travelers & exploring the area. We aim to make all of our homes comfortable for guests whether for a quick stopover or a longer vacation. We love to host folks & are eager to help you have a wonderful stay. Close to Big Picture High School in Burien for proximity.

Olalla Bay Getaway is at the waters edge, just 45 minutes from Seattle via ferry or 10 minutes to Gig Harbor. The ever-changing views of the occasional seals, otters, porpoises, and eagles. The sound of waves and birds makes the perfect soundtrack for your getaway. Enjoy relaxing on a sun filled deck or check out the porch swing-perfect for a good book, glass of wine or a nap after your days adventure. Included in your stay are: kayaks, paddle board wood fire pit & propane fire table.

Large sliding glass doors to a patio and 150' high cedar, madrone trees. Effortless access with no stairs or steps. Warm radiant water heated concrete floors, AC and plenty of ventilation.

Westside Cabin

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

Spectacular Beach & View: The Loft

Wake up to spectacular views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier from this 700 sf, 2-story, chic and comfortable cottage on a 40 acre waterfront estate property. The southern exposure beach ( 1000ft of private beach) is the ideal for strolling, beach combing, and relaxing. A fire pit, propane bbq, hammocks, and lounge chairs awaits for outdoor r & r. Trails through the forest for hiking. Mountain bike trails at Dockton Pk..Your pet is welcome, leashed, with an additional pet fee.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Wishing Rock Farm (Ferry and Walk to World Cup)!

From Vashon Island take a passenger ferry directly to pier 50 and Seattle’s famous waterfront. Walk 15 minutes to Pike Place Market, Aquarium or World Cup stadiums! Bright, lush and very spacious barn loft studio & small bedroom. New solar panels- see photo. We are now carbon-neutral! Enjoy territorial views of pastures & garden. Charming and private top floor of a 1927 craftsman located just 15 min to downtown Seattle, and 10-15 min to Sea Tac Airport. This is a charming and conveniently located house in South Park, an older neighborhood of Seattle. You have your own space fully equipped.
