I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

Le’s place is a fantastic place for large groups with 6 bedrooms from the 2-4 level. 2 rooms on each levels. All rooms have their own toilets with an additional toilet on the 1st level leaving room. Air conditions were cold and working great. Surroundings were quiet with no traffic noise at all for a good rest. 1-2mins walks to restaurants and convenience stores. And lots of restaurants within 15mins walks including 4p’s pizza, gangs restaurant etc. Le was very responsive and instructions were clear. Will definitely stay again.

Everything is perfect, the host is friendly and always support when u need, recommend everybody want near center, just 1 minutes you can see Duc Ba Church, Vietnam Post center,… Have a convenient store, famous cafe besides there… I will back again

Exactly as described, for some reason this apartment felt like home. I'll recommend and will also return for longer when in Ho Chi Minh. Its located in a very nice neighbourhood in D2 away from the bustle of D1. There's a resort like pool, a functional gym, professional and helpful concierge. There are some great cafes around as well as restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable, slept like a baby. The view from the apartment was phenomenal, didn't have the time to experience the view from the rooftop garden. Just book it! You'll be glad you did.

The host (Huy aka Robert) was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was as advertised. Beautiful view from the 20th floor of the building. The apartment was very well-equipped so i didn’t need to buy much else. There are plenty of shops, restaurants nearby so not a problem if you don’t like cooking your own food.

Good stay, the mattress is a little hard, it's missing a bedside lamp for the night but good overall

Lovely place but I didn’t like the building staff. That’s fine you can completely ignore them. Don’t waste your energy even smiling at them. Apart from that condo was lovely, clean spacious, and daily maintained. Careful with pets as the building staff as extremely rude, but if you’re travelling without a pet I can highly recommend the place. Owner of the room itself is really nice.

This spacious two-bedroom apartment features a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for both short and extended stays. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the Thao Dien metro station, making it easy to get to Landmark 81 or District 1. Thuy was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

the owner is very good and responsible person... she will instruct and help you in many way even she cannot write in english... im so thankful to her for helping me in renting motorcycle with cheap price about 90k vnd per day... with that bike i ride until district 1 for sight seeing everyday... love to ride in ho chi minh

Good place !

The apartment is a bit on the pricier side of things BUT if you look for a hassle free accomodations in a building with heaps of locals free washing and great views, this is the place. Aircon was a saviour and the bed was very clean and comfy. location is very central. My Partner and I enjoyed it very much. special thanks also to our host who was very helpful and responsive!

This was our first time in Vietnam, and staying at Nhat’s place made it such a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome. He was kind, thoughtful, and always made sure we were comfortable—checking in on us from time to time just to see if we needed anything. The place itself was cozy and clean, exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the city. But what really stood out was Nhat himself. He went out of his way more than once to help us out, and those little gestures meant a lot—especially being in a new country for the first time. It honestly felt like we had a friend looking out for us, not just a host. We’re leaving Ho Chi Minh with full hearts, and we’re so grateful to Nhat for making our first trip to Vietnam feel so warm and easy. Thank you, Nhat! Until next time!

The place has met my expectations and has value for money. Kul was so responsive, friendly, helpful, proactive, and did recommendations. The place has all I need from iron for clothes, water, extra blanket, nice and clean sheets and towels. Overall im really happy and satisfied about my stay. And already told my friends and families if they are going to vietnam they should book this place.

I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was as I expected from the photos. There is a clothes washing machine on the balcony. Khang, the host, was helpful and responsive during my stay. The apartment is within the Vinhomes Grand Park development. It’s a 5 minute walk to a mall which includes a supermarket and other amenities, and within Grand Park there are many other shops and restaurants. There is a free bus (GRP03) which gets you into District 1 in about 1.5 hours. A different bus (GRP01) is also free and loops around the Vinhomes Grand Park development.
