My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

The apartment building was very good as well as the apartment we stayed in. The location is very central within District 1 with Ben Than Market just minutes away as well as many other tourist spots

Overall this was a great first experience of Vietnam. The host provided us with plenty of amenities that we needed, towels, spoons, bowels, etc. The location was also great, several convenience stores that had everything you needed just right below and there was no waiting on a grab to pick us up. We were able to quickly get to everywhere we wanted to within a 30 min radius. The host also provided several recommendations on places to eat, things to do and so much more which led us to the best massage ever. My only note is that the apartment does stay on the warmer side regardless of how cold you turn the ac down, but this is just something you’ll have to get use to it.

This neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and has many great local restaurants. May not be in the heart of HCMC, but definitely a place to be if you want to be in a great local neighborhood. The hosts are very responsive and is one of the better hosts in the Airbnb community. The cleaning lady is awesome - the place is squeaky clean! Only has two rooms per floor so there is a good level of privacy. The elevators are fast. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and has both a shower & tub. The water pressure in the shower is very strong and the hot water temperature is great! This Airbnb is tucked away in a alley way - so I did not hear much conversation, traffic noise, dogs, roosters, etc. during my stay. This is the only Airbnb that has a dual sliding glass door that separates the kitchen/bathroom and the bedroom. This is good for extra noise reduction! Only downside is the size of the LCD TV - it's way too small & unfortunately I am a huge movie buff.

Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

Lovely place with great staff who took care of daily cleaning and water replenishment, also friendly receptionist and security guard. The living room was huge and kitchen was sufficient, though if we had actually planned on cooking we would have needed to bring more cooking utensils since the ones available were very basic. Would have appreciated another hairdryer, maybe as a wall attachment in the guest bathroom? The only thing that bothered me a little was the fact that the area was under construction, hence the noises and some car horn was on for around 30 minutes at night before being towed away(?). Overall, great value for money for our group of friends and I would recommend this place for your stay in District 2.

Very comfortable bed, clean & close to a many restaurants and cafes. High speed internet and close to the Saigon River. Lastly, the host was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I will return in the future.

The area of this place is accessible and peaceful. There are many convenience stores and restaurants to dine in. The room are in good condition which can accommodate to 15 people. It was a good stay🤗😘

Very nice apartment in a Vietnamese neighborhood within walking distance of Landmark 81 and Pham Viet Chan street. Lots of local food. The owner was amazing and his son too

Great place, clean, and a very comfortable bed. It's worth noting that the elevator in this building can take a very long time, which is no fault of the Airbnb host of course.

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

The location is not bad, and the room conditions are good. I'm willing to visit again if I have a chance to visit Saigon next time. Host Hanna is really friendly.

I would highly recommend this rental. Description and photos are exactly as advertised. It's practically in the city center distruct 1 slash 4. It's located near the bridge where you can walk to the city center. I would remind the host to always have two sets of bedsheets, pillow cases, and bed covers.

The unit was very clean with lots of sunlight. Good location in Thao Dien near a lot of restaurants and shops and was also close to the river. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms didn't have great sound insulation but overall not a huge deal. I would recommend staying here.

The house was very beautiful and clean. Everything was in a 10 minute walk radius. Bui Vien street only 8 minute walk, centrally located in HCMC, Hanna very responsive and provided everything that was needed. If you like to stay in the heart, this place is highly recommended.

Thanh was a very kind and welcoming host. Her nice, warm energy made my stay super comfortable and made the place feel like home. She was also very responsive, always quick to reply and helpful whenever I had a question. The room was very quiet and just as clean as it looks in the photos. The location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s close to D2 and D3, easy to walk or get a grab. There’s a 7/11 around the corner, a fruit shop across the street, and plenty of coffee shops nearby. Everything is within close reach. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.
