Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Thu Thiem

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

We stayed in this Airbnb for almost a week and had a great stay. The location is very central and you can reach everything from there. The balcony on the 5th floor was also a highlight!

Amazing apartment in HCMC! Our host Raymond was extremely responsive and helpful the whole way. The apartment was very clean and tidy just like the photos and the best part is that it's located in an extremely convenient location within District 1, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip. The rooftop pool had an amazing view too! We had a great time staying here and we would definitely return the next time we are back in town!

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.

Amazing hosts and great place for a chill vacation. They gave a manual with great recommendations that really helped us in exploring the city. All the amenities were perfect and they had added extra touches with the vinyl record player, locker, etc. which were amazing. Faced absolutely no issues. Definitely recommend the place for a couple!

We loved our stay at Mekong Lounge! The studio apartment was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was clean and had a separate shower (not a wet one which was important to us)!! Water pressure is a little weak but nothing we couldn’t work with. Check in instructions included a video that made it super easy. Security was great as we were in a little communal area off the main road and the gates closed as night. Location was close to District 1 and so it was easy to get around via grab (5 minute ride or 15 minute walk but it’s really hot). Also super close to Com Tam Calamette which was our favourite meal during our time there!!! Overall we’d recommend :)

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

The location was great, host was responsive and the property is well maintained. The only suggestion would be to provide better toiletries. This was overall a good stay.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained, and a great value for the money. The highlight is definitely the stunning view of the river right in front, which you can enjoy from the apartment and the rooftop pool. The pool itself is a great bonus, though be aware that it can get crowded with kids in the late afternoon. That said, if you go in the early morning or around noon, you'll likely have it all to yourself. The location is not in the city center, so tourists should note that it’s in District 7, closer to Crescent Mall (which is probably the best place on the whole city to walk around the lake) and more local neighborhoods. It’s a great option if you want to explore a different, more relaxed side of the city beyond the main tourist areas. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and spoke perfect English. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. I would absolutely recommend staying here without hesitation!
