The Wooden Moon was designed to offer you magical moments of relaxation for two. Everything has been created so that you can make a discreet and quiet entrance and escape in complete privacy while enjoying together the wellness area with the infrared sauna, the spa on the terrace overlooking a green panorama, out of sight and a cocooning corner outside around the fire. Everything is at your disposal so you don't have to think about anything but your well-being.

Enjoy a break in Thudinie in the heart of the hanging gardens. Ideally located halfway between the lower town and the upper town, this character house offers you the proximity of the center while being in a peaceful environment. Take a deep breath of fresh air while crisscrossing the Bois du Grand BonDieu, the Ravel or the towpath. Numerous activities are available nearby. Want more information? The Tourist Office is just a short walk from the property.

Gîte Le Sambre

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The history of our houseboat, or modern comfort meets the soothing calm of the water, for a total escape. Our barge has not sailed for years but in 2023 it was refurbished. The boat dates from 1947, it supplied the barges with drinking water on the Meuse, repatriated about 35 years ago to the Thuin shipyard which no longer exists. It served as a restaurant until 2022 and then was transformed into a gîte.

Sir Lancelot Houseboat, 2/4 people

Sir Lancelot is a beautiful 18-meter Dutch barge dating back to 1910. Enjoy a pleasant time on the banks of the Sambre, at a slow pace, rocked by the water and wind. You can park your car a few meters from the boat. Sir Lancelot is perfect for 2 people. 4 people is also possible!

The Hourpes gîte

Our gîte opens its doors to you in a green setting on the banks of the Sambre. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will enjoy the trails (GR 129) and the Ravel network (EuroVelo 3) just a short walk away. Its friendly atmosphere and terrace will allow you to savor every moment. Halfway between heritage and nature, between the Abbey of Aulne, the medieval city of Thuin and the Eau d'Heure Lakes, it is the perfect base for discovering our region.

Want to enjoy the calm of a small village in the countryside? Come and enjoy a charming modern house to rest and work. This house is occupied when it is not available. Therefore, you have all the comfort and equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay. Of course, my belongings are there. Close to France, Ragnies, Charleroi or Mons. 1 hour from Brussels. Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.

In Ragnies, one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia, next to the Ravel and the towpath, Maison Coucou welcomes you for a timeless break. Located ten minutes from the town of Thuin, you can recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. Maison Coucou was imagined as the house of our dreams. Warm, with its Okoumé Japanese wooden walls, it opens onto its large garden.

The village is 30 minutes from Mons, Charleroi and Chimay, 25 minutes from the Eau d'Heure Lakes, Val Joly (France), the town of Thuin and the Aulne Abbey, 20 minutes from the town of Binche, famous for its carnival and about 100 meters from the Michelin-starred restaurant: "Les Lettres Gourmandes"
