Cozy tiny house near Schleinähe in a secluded location

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Direct proximity to the Schlei and unique view of the water! The adjacent nature reserve offers a great insight into the animal diversity of the area. The Schleiufer is a 10-minute walk. Great circular route! The garden has a play area for the little guests. Another highlight are the chickens living on the farm, which can be easily observed. Various Baltic Sea beaches, as well as the town of Kappeln, are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

The modern 40 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the newly built extension of our residential building and has a light-flooded living room with a comfortable couch and flat-screen TV, as well as a double bed. The kitchenette with dining table is equipped with an oven, ceramic stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
