Situated just 10 minutes from downtown Ottawa, you can easily explore Parliament Hill, the National Gallery of Canada, and more. The vibrant ByWard Market is also a 10-minute drive away, offering dining and nightlife options. Nature lovers will appreciate the 9-minute drive to Gatineau Park.

Private Suite, Hotub, self check-in

Newly renovated basement suite (2024) with many little extras to discover. Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 20 min guided tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Bring warm clothing!

This comfy home away from home is minutes away from the gorgeous Gatineau Park and just a short drive to the Capital. Many local restaurants, shops and parks are all within a 5km radius. You will have everything you need for a perfect stay while visiting the Ottawa/Gatineau area.

The Canadiana

Unique, cozy, charming! This guest ensuite features a private entrance, and private bathroom. Fully equipped, perfect for your stay in the capital region! Located in a quiet area Gatineau. Please note, that on the evening of February 28th, I will be having an event from 6pm to 9pm in my home (which is connected to the studio), there will be some noise during that timeframe. Also, please note, that there is no parking available, on the Saturday night, Feb. 28th, 2026.

PERCHED CABIN at Mariposa Farm

The Perched cabin is one of our three cabins. We also have the Apple Tree and the Poplar cabin. This is glamping at its best. Window walls letting light into every side. A sleeping loft. Built with logs. Well equipped for cooking. Heated with woodstove - firewood included. In the middle of the forest. A lot of trails to enjoy. No neighbours. The perfect spot to unwind. We are farmers, a precise time of arrival is important. You are welcome to visit the farm.

The accommodation is located in the basement of a house, independent entrance. 1 parking space is included, close to bike paths, bus stop, Les Promenades de l'Outaouais shopping center, restaurants, activities, Costco, etc.

For the city, enjoy the nearby tourist attractions of downtown Ottawa and Gatineau (casino, museums, shops, restaurants and breweries). In addition, the rural village of Chelsea and the Nordik Spa are close by by bike and car.
