Sjöstugan - beach, jetty, boat

Sjöstugan is a cozy family friendly 19th century house. In the glass veranda with dining table you have a panoramic view of Mälaren. The charming kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, etc. Here the children can play in the water by the private sandy beach, in the large trampoline or in the treehouse. At the private jetty there is a rowing boat for fishing trips. In Kvicksund there is a shop, restaurants, golf course, padel. Here you can also travel by train. (Train rails nearby can cause some noise) A unique gem with amazing views!

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect for both summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it to also be a great fit to work from here. Nature near plot with lawn for summer activities. About 150m to the jetty by boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming as well as kayak for 2p. Lovely run of 4.5 km around Björsund, see the guide book. Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

A relatively new (Summer 2021), air-conditioned cabin , located only 11Km from Eskilstuna, in a peaceful wooded area, a short walk from Sundbyholm's trotting track. The cabin is 30 square meters in area, plus a loft bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher. The living-room offers a bed-sofa, 43" HD TV with ChromeCast, Netflix, etc, a PS3, and a selection of DVD films, Internet WiFi. A large wooden deck surrounds 3 sides of the cabin.
