Welkom! Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Gelijkvloers bevindt zich de badkamer. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Het laatste deel van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin. Ook kinderen kunnen zich helemaal uitleven in onze mooie boomhut met schuifaf, schommel,... Er is ook een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Welcome in The Mayor Guesthouse! The room is situated on the 3rd & private floor (so not a private apartment). Big room with private bathroom in the city centre of Leuven. Close to the Ladeuze square and train station. Extra big king-size bed with sofa and 4K TV and desk. Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! No smoking allowed in the building.

Welkom in onze vakantiewoning 'Le Grand Logement des Piocheurs'. Wij, Jo en Hilde wonen op de site van het voormalige Station van Racour. In onze grote landschapstuin (1,3 ha) hebben we recent een nieuwe vakantiewoning gebouwd die qua architectuur geiïnspireerd is op onze spoorweghut 'Le Logement des Piocheurs' dat was de plek waar destijds de spoorwegarbeiders verbleven. Ons nieuw logie is duurzaam opgebouwd in houtsskelet en tevens gelijkvloers uniek aangepast voor rolstoelgebruikers.

Cosy studio close to the centre of Leuven

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.
