Rare in Les Arcs, calm, charm and change of scenery for this apartment with terrace and garden in a semi-detached wooden chalet. To be enjoyed in winter, but also in summer or in between seasons. The cottage is accessible by ski via the blue slope of the Bois de Saule, which connects Arc 1600 to the intermediate station of the funicular. Numerous hiking trails accessible directly from the chalet. Direct access to the "La 8" enduro mountain bike trail that descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800 m of elevation!

It overlooks Lac Chevril, between Val d'Isère and Tignes and is 8 mins walk to shops, ski hire & lifts. It's south facing so gets the sun. With awesome views of the mountains, private garden, parking, boot warmer, ski & bike storage, it's an ideal destination for skiing, winter sports and other adventures. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
