La résidence est située à 50m des commerces (superette, boulangerie, location de matériel, restaurants, caisses forfaits de ski en hiver etc.) L'accès aux pistes de ski se trouve à 100m et le retour à la résidence peut s'effectuer skis aux pieds (de décembre à mai). L'été, la station est très animée avec le Bike Park et le Lac. L'hiver, la piste de ski commence juste derrière la résidence, avec les remontées (Paquis et Chaudannes) à quelques mètres, ainsi que la piste du Lavachet pour débuter (téléski gratuit).

Our one-bedroom apartment is centrally located in the heart of Le Lavachet, Tignes 2100. It's the ideal place for up to 4 people to stay and enjoy the resort in winter and summer. There’s one double bedroom and fold away bunk-beds in the living area. The 'Quick Access Track' to the the main piste is directly across the road from us, and there is a supermarket, bakery, lift pass office, ski hire shops and lovely restaurants nearby too!
