Overlooking a beautiful beach in a typical Genoese building is this small and refined attic, completely renovated and finely furnished, with a breathtaking view of the bay of Santa Margherita and Portofino, which is only 3 km away. HOUSE WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, WITH 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS THAT ARE A LITTLE TIRING, plus one internal flight, but the view is unique and makes up for it! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LARGE SUITCASES, both because of the stairs and the limited space in the attic.
