Le travi sul soffitto sono tipiche delle case di mare e donano un tocco di eleganza e imponenza all'alloggio. Ma la particolarità della nostra struttura sono le due colonne incastrate nel muro, una più grande , una più piccola. Le colonne provengono da una Chiesa che si trovava alla Marina di Riomaggiore ma nessuno sa precisamente dove. La colonna cambia colore in base al tempo.

Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Cute apartment on the second floor in a quiet condo with swimming pool (open from June 15th to September 15th) and private parking (subject to availability). 700 mt away from the station and 900 mt away from the sea. Check-in from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For early or late check-in an extra charge could be requested. The apartment is not provided with Wi-Fi.
