De woning ligt op de eerste en tweede verdieping van een pand waarin we zelf de begane grond bewonen. Op loopafstand van het centrum en het station. Goede verbindingen met Strijp-S, TUE, ASML etc.. Geschikt voor zakelijke reizigers. Maximum verblijfsduur is 14 dagen. Langer verblijf mogelijk in overleg, stuur dan een informatieverzoek. Verhuur alleen via Airbnb.

Welkom in deze karaktervolle, voormalige rijkswachterswoning in Balen. Vanuit deze centraal gelegen accommodatie is alles bereikbaar op wandelafstand. Het huis ademt nog de sfeer van vroeger, maar werd tegelijk comfortabel vernieuwd. Je verblijft hier met maximaal zes personen, verdeeld over drie slaapkamers. Ideaal voor gezinnen of een leuk weekend met vrienden. Dit is geen strak nieuwbouwproject, maar een rijhuis met geschiedenis. Net dat maakt het warm en eigen. Welkom!

This family-friendly home is perfect for families. The house is in a green and child-rich neighborhood within walking and cycling distance of the city center of's-Hertogenbosch. In addition to a football cage, there are playgrounds and a supermarket. The house has a cozy front and back garden and has 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a single bed and a room with a double sofa bed. There is also an extra mattress that can be placed on the floor.

Mijn fijne huis staat in een rustige wijk. Vlakbij het centrum, de Efteling, Loonse en Drunense duinen en de Beekse Bergen! Centraal Station is makkelijk te bereiken, ook te voet kan dat binnen 15 minuten. Om de hoek vind je een bakkerij, een friettent en ijssalon. Thuisbezorgd en Uber doen het goed en dichtbij zijn supermarkten. Voor de deur betaald parkeren (€1 pu 9-22u) of €10pd bij mij. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf is hier aanwezig
