Die Infrarot-Sauna bietet pure Entspannung, sowie die Garten-Terrasse Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Wald mit Teich erreichbar und der Ostfriesland Wanderweg direkt an unseren Hof angrenzend. Enjoy the peace and quiet in this spacious, clay-plastered accommodation. This apartment with its own entrance, large garden and terrace is a natural recreational oasis with a natural design, warming light, which results from the clay plaster and large windows. The gallery gives the apartment a spacious feeling with views of the dike and river. A pellet stove supplies the wall and underfloor heating and at the same time gives even more coziness through its warming flame.

Our apartment Deichmöwe is honestly not named after any real seagull species, but its name is an allusion to its fantastic location within the traffic-calmed Möwennest. The approx. 76 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the house in An't Hellinghus 1C. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is impressive for, among other things, its fireplace, sauna and modern furnishings. In addition to an unfenced garden, a car parking space belongs to the apartment.

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

The light-flooded living area is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. At the spacious dining table there is enough space for all guests and you can enjoy the view of the lake. A private lounge corner invites you to linger. Outdoor shower!

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).

Historic ceiling beams were installed and the color scheme was done according to restorative findings from the front. The cozy alcove is the ideal place to relax and a wood-burning stove provides comfort.
