Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The apartment has three bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest bathroom and a large balcony facing the sea.

The house has a size of 100 m2 and is equipped with an opaque and furnished terrace. There are also two car parking spaces and storage facilities for bicycles in front of the house, under the carport. We will provide you with free WiFi. Upon prior registration, we will be happy to provide you with a children's travel cot and high chair.
