Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Very nice apartment for 4 persons on perfect location. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Smart TV, High-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies with sea view (from each room). Relaxing, peaceful setting. House is located directly on the beach surrounded with small park. Parking place is assured in the back yard. Very nice pool is available in the garden where you will be able to enjoy swimming and relaxing in it. Plenty of comfortable beach-chairs and sunscreens for all the guests.

It is situated in the center of the old town and just 2-3 minutes from the Square and 10 minute walking from the beach. Apartment has 30 m2 and it is located in the groundfloor of a building that is situated in the comfortable living area in the heart of the city. The apartment comfortably hosts up to 2 persons. Luxurious and unique apartment, decorated with a lot of love and design details from natural mountain (Velebit mountain stone) stone. The colors are beige and cashmere with a golden accent. I designed this apartment myself I hope my guests will enjoy and spend beautiful and unforgettable moments in the apartment. The apartment is a few minutes' walk along the promenade by the sea to the city center and restaurants, museums and all cultural and historical sights.
