On the Hidaard mound, you stay in the stylish front house of our old farmhouse, with its own entrance and facilities. Our house features a spacious kitchen and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. If you book for 2 people, you will get the lower floor, i.e. the kitchen and 1 bedroom. If you want to use 2 bedrooms, you must book for at least 3 people. From the apartment, you have a wide view over the Frisian Greiden. It is located on the water, where you can swim and fish. You can also use 1 or 2 person canoes, a boat and bicycles for free. The city of Sneek is a 15-minute drive, Leeuwarden is a 30-minute drive.

Our cottage is just below the smoke of Sneek, in the hamlet of Loënga. An excellent place from which you can take a wonderful bike ride through the countryside and along the various villages of Sudwest Fryslân. If you love city life, next to Sneek, Leeuwarden is a 20-minute drive away. On warm days, it is wonderful to relax on or by the Sneekermeer, but the beach of Harlingen or Makkum is also recommended.

You can walk to the supermarket within 1 minute and within 5 minutes to the center of Sneek with cozy terraces, shops and restaurants. When you check in, you can pick up a key to the house from the key box at the bottom left by the front door, and the entire home will be at your disposal!
