There are four bedrooms in the attic, one of which has air conditioning. There are two bathrooms. The house is partially cellared. Parking is possible at the house or in the garage. The garden has an indoor pool and a covered terrace with seating.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people.
