The place was as described, convenient location, all the basic necessities what a traveller needs. Lovely wooden floors and a balcony. What was really outstanding was the host Marijana and her hospitality – we were welcomed like a family!

Very nicely kept, clean, newly built accommodation with new furniture and appliances. It is located close to the sea and shops. Very kind and helpful owner. I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in Tivat!

We spent 4 nights in Chiara's apartment, which we did not see but who left the management in her absence to Nena who is charming and flexible. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, rather well equipped, and benefiting from air conditioning in all rooms which is very nice given the extreme outside temperatures! It is well located in a quiet area, a few minutes walk to the first beach and restaurant, and 10min from the first supermarket. Access to the city center is longer on foot but is largely doable (15 min approx) we did it every day, and is 25 min from Puerto Montenegro. We recommend!

the apartment is very nice, air conditioned , beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. No direct access to the beach( despite this description) No water daily from 17-20, the building is quite high so as everyone is coming down from the beach, this is a water access break.

Great flat right in the heart of Porto Montenegro. Easy check-in, the flat has all the furniture and equipment you may need, excellent host. A variety of shops and restaurants are at walking distance, the place right below the flat serves great breakfasts starting from 8am. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is in a very central location, close to the sea, to nice bars and restaurants. It is easy to access by car and there's an outdoor parking reserved for the guests. The place is decorated with taste and was pleasant to stay at. Jovana has been a very accommodating host and was available during the whole stay. I'm happy to recommend Jovana's place and will gladly come back.

The place is very nice clean and comfortable! Surroundings are calm and silent! The restaurants are very delecious!

Great place and a great host, everything was as described. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. I truly enjoyed being able to step outside and jump in to the sea for a swim, in a very peaceful beach and area. 10 minutes drive from the old town. 10/10 would recommend!

Staying at Niksa’s stunning apartment was an absolutely fantastic experience. Whether you're visiting for work or relaxation, this place truly has it all. The apartment was immaculately clean, offering all the modern amenities you could possibly need: fast and reliable WiFi for streaming or video calls, powerful AC, and excellent water pressure. The kitchen is also fully stocked with every utensil, perfect if you enjoy cooking. One of the highlights for us was the lovely swimming pool—a perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or just soak up the sun. The location is equally impressive—a mere 5-minute walk to a convenient supermarket and just 10 minutes to the harbor, perfect for leisurely strolls. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend. Thank you Niksa for all your kindness.

The apartment has everything you might or might not need! AC and a washingmachine is particulary usefull and pleasant. The view was incredible and the apartment easy to find. Dino responds in 5seconds, and is very proactiv. i will definitely go back!

Everything was perfect, it even looks better than on the photos! Small private beach is right in front of the apartment which was amazing! Nice, clean and cozy! Definitely recommend.

Everything was just right. We would be received in a super friendly way. The exchange was super sweet and warm and we got some helpful tips. We will be back next year. We were there for three weeks with four children. They loved jumping into the water. The room was great for the six of us. Once you understand the bushem, you can easily get from A to B by bus. Nevertheless, we will rent a car for a few days next time. Everything you needed was there and everything was neat and as described. The view from the terrace and from the property couldn't be better. We have seen many beautiful places and were still happy to sit on our terrace in the evening. We can only thank you so much for the great time. We would have loved to stay longer and look forward to next year. We can absolutely recommend Daniel's place. It was memorable. THANK YOU!

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

Beautiful stay with a fantastic view We had a great time staying at the place! The view from the terrace and balcony to the sea and the pool was breathtaking – really a highlight. Morinj is perfect for a relaxing holiday with children: There is a city beach with loungers for 5 €, but also a quieter luxury beach with a bar and more comfortable loungers for 20 €. Two beautiful cafés are also within walking distance - the café directly on the water is particularly recommended: delicious food, great coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. Everything you need is on site: a supermarket, a small kiosk and numerous leisure activities. You can rent kayaks, SUPs or boats on the beach - ideal for small adventures on the water. The food was fresh and delicious everywhere. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the stay!

What a wonderful place! The views of the bay of Kotor from this apartment are hard to beat, pair that with a pool and modern accommodation and you have a perfect combo! Irena was very communicative and responsive, great experience! Will recommend to friends visiting the area in the near future.

I would like to thank them again for hosting me in their home. The house was nice in terms of location and the view was very good. The host responded quickly to my questions and was helpful. A place where I can stay if I come again.
