I truly enjoyed the stay at Alexander’s apartment. It is stylish, spacious and at the same time very beautiful and cosy. The decor was chosen tastefully, everything is of a high quality. The views from the terrace are breathtaking. Lustica Bay is a spectacular destination, surrounded by splendid nature. The access to the private beach is a special feature. The hosts are very helpful, friendly and accessible. I am already looking forward to the next stay at Alexander’s place!

Great host and great place to stay in Lustica Bay. Highly recommended

The hosts were really friendly and very helpful! The apartment was really nice and had everything you needed! It was also really clean and everything we neatly organized. It was really close to the shuttle stop that took you down to Lustica Bay. There was quite a bit of construction in the area, but they don't start until 8 and with the windows closed it isn't too loud.

Extremely clean, very new, peaceful. Prompt and responsive communication. if you need to come to Lustica Bay, i wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. We stayed here 4 nights with our 4 year old daughter. The place is spacious and clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities one could need. 5 star luxury. And what a gorgeous view! The host was very communicative and helpful and reachable at all times. We had a wonderful stay and will be back again.

Overall this was a great place to stay. The apartment was incredibly clean and had lots of facilities. We were able to wash our clothes and hang them out. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The apartment is 30 seconds from the bay which was so convenient. One downside is there is a beach club opposite the apartment and on Saturday night they were playing loud music (drum n bass type) until early hours of morning. This was quite annoying but luckily I had earplugs to drown it out. Obviously not the host’s fault. The host was incredibly helpful and asked us each day if we needed anything such as clean towels. Host also gave us recommendation where to rent a car and offered us a lift. Super helpful and would recommend this place to stay.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf bij Nensi gehad. Het appartement was schoon en netjes. Aardige host. Ook de communicatie verliep goed. Het is op ongeveer 10 minuutjes lopen naar het oude stadscentrum, dus ook een top locatie!

We had such a fantastic time!! You were both so helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We loved hearing and learning first hand more about society in Montenegro, that was an added bonus.. The house, the garden and the view - all perfect! The beach was easy walking distance and for 10 euro you can hire a sunbed and parasol for the day at the nearby. Thank you and we hope we'll be back again.

Прекрасный вид с балкона, в номере есть все необходимое ,хозяева доброжелательны, wi- fi устойчиво средний, рядом прекрасные пляжи,но обязательно наличие машины, ремонт номера средний, есть хорошая парковка в тени винограда,по приезду нас в холодильнике ждали фрукты и пиво ,в целом впечатление хорошее

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

very close to the old town and that is all we wanted. It is not fence but it is spacious, a kitchen full equipped. However, there is no oven, so you need to use only the electric stove. Be aware that there are stairs. I had no connection with Borka but rather with her daughter Marta which was very helpful .I got her number from her father who does not speaks English. A better description of the location will be "go 10 meters in the ally across the Shopping center, just beside the bakery. The apartments is up the stairs of the building in front of you". There is no sign with the name of the place. In the buttom line, I will recommend to take this place.

Een appartement met alles erop en eraan, goed ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Nevena was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het grote terras ligt wel niet aan het appartement zelf, dat ligt 2 verdiepingen lager. Locatie is top om de Kotor baai te verkennen, gelukkig een stuk rustiger dan op andere plaatsen rond de baai. enige nadeel is wel de erg drukke baan voor het gebouw, je moet die oversteken om aan het strandje/ water te geraken . Groot voordeel is dan wel de garage voor de wagen met oplader voor een elektrische wagen. Nevena doet er alles aan om haar huurders een top verblijf te geven!
