Amazing location, clean and spacious apartment near the water. I slept beautify in Milos place :)

Dragana is very responsive and promptly helped with any questions, and her apartment deserves special attention - it's not just an apartment, but a whole museum. If you want to feel like kings and queens, then this option is perfect for you, the interior is gorgeous. There is a huge terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. The main promenade of Tivat with luxury yachts and restaurants is just a 7-minute walk away, and it is also a great place for walking.

Wow! What a fantastic setting for this beautiful accommodation! The apartment was pristine and exactly as Igor described in the listing (and photos). The sunset views from the balcony and top-floor pool are absolutely spectacular. Igor was an exceptional host (friendly, helpful and communicative) and he provided the perfect place to relax after a day's exploring and to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town. As other reviewers have said, the walk up to the apartment may be a little tough for some (esp. in August heat), so we would recommend hiring a car, particularly if you are a less mobile or wish to travel further afield in the day. That said, we walked to and from town every evening and the fact that the apartment is further up the hill, really is part of the charm. The immediate surroundings are peaceful and less trafficked than the town meaning that you can relax on the private balcony or by the pool without any disturbance or noise. Thank you so much Igor!

Daireye ilk girişten itibaren temizlik hissini aldık denize ve restorantlara yürüme mesafesinde, 2 adet klima serinlik için gayet yeterliydi yemek yapmak ve kıyafetleri temizlemek için çamaşır, bulaşık makinesi gibi olanaklar var. çevrede arabayla 10-15 dakikalık sürelerde turistik olarak gezilecek yerler farklı beach ve restorant olanakları var Eve giriş ve çıkış süreleri konusunda sorun yaşamadık ıva bize yardımcı oldu kesinlikle tekrar konaklamayı düşünüyoruz

Très bon accueil sur place, explications détaillées pour l’accès qui n’est pas évident ( route étroite et assez raide), mais on est récompensé de cette difficulté mineure par une vue magnifique

Me with my husband and our 10 year old son, stayed in Tivat at Slavenko's 1 bedroom apartment for almost a month. Slavenko and his wife Daliborka are just wonderful! Very hospitable, responsive, recommendations were given, all emerging issues were resolved very quickly! Very attentive to details, sociable, positive people! I recommend to everyone. We were satisfied with the apartment: everything is exactly as in the photo, it was very clean! If we were need for something, Slavenko and Daliborka immediately brought it to us! The apartment is small, but there was enough space for the three of us, and there is a large terrace with a very beautiful view of the sea and the city park. The apartment is bright, freshly renovated, there was fast internet. The house is located a little on the mountain. Thank you very much for your hospitality and delicious food! We will definitely come back to you!

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

We stayed in the apartment for 9 days and when we landed at the airport, the owners of the house informed us how to get there. We also rented our cars with their help and the car rental company was also very kind and punctual. Because of the heavy traffic, we could not reach the house on time but they waited for us for a long time. A lady was there for us and she introduced us the house. She was very welcoming, answered all our questions and gave us very helpful tips. During our stay, she came by the house a couple of times to make sure we had no problems. The house was clean, rooms were just like in the pictures on airbnb and the view from all the balconies was fantastic. Also, we communicated with another lady (Maria) via phone and she sent us directions for very nice beaches, shopping areas, etc. Thanks to them we enjoyed our holiday in Montenegro. Next time we visit the country, we will make sure to contact them again. Thank you Mirela and Maria! Thank you Montenegro360!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Emma. Conforme à la description, maison bien équipée, bel espace extérieur et clos (notamment pour des enfants en bas âge) et avec des jeux pour les enfants (ils ont beaucoup apprécié). Les plus gros avantages sont l’emplacement (non loin de Kotor et quartier calme) et l’accès privé à la mer était excellent pour se rafraîchir tous les jours. Nous avons eu un bel accueil de Vasija qui est disponible pour toutes questions. Nous avons eu une excellente communication avec Emma qui est très réactive aux messages et sommes arrivés une nuit plus tôt que prévu grâce à elle. Merci pour tout, nous avons passés de belles vacances dans ce magnifique pays.

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

The place is a secluded place Suitable for those who love nature Located in the middle of a forest. Access is a bit problematic But overall excellent

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Fantastic stay with one of the best hot tubs in terms of quality of the hot tub itself and the beautiful views from sitting within it. Comfortable bed. The walk into town is easier than the walk back, but there are plenty of taxis. The home is really well equipped with everything you need, including washing detergent for the washing machine, and the beer and wine were gratefully received too (thank you). The garden was a peaceful place to have a drink, a relax, and read a book. The outside table wasa great place to have an Al fresco meal. Communication with our host, Snezana, was good and helpful. If I come back to Tivat I will look to stay here again.

Хорошие чистые апартаменты со всеми удобствами в чудесном, спокойном месте. Подходит для тех, кто ищет покоя, уединения и релакса! Между тем расположение на горке это отличная и ненавязчивая зарядка для тела по пути к морю и обратно 😁. Есть все, что нужно для спокойного отдыха. Доступность магазинов, туристических мест и красоты страны - без проблем на авто, правда из за ремонта дорог, на Будву и Тиват пробки. Говорят скоро сделают! Отзывчивость и неравнодушие хозяев достойна высшей похвалы! Спасибо Алена и Валера за мой дивный отпуск и конечно же, до встречи!

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Goran çok iyi bir ev sahibi, sorunlarımıza çok hızlı sürede çözümler buldu. Dobrota'da çok uygun fiyatlı ve çok güzel bir evdi. Bir dahaki gelişimde düşünmeden konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer.

Harika bir 3 gün geçirdik ailem ile birlikte. Mükemmel konumda her yere yarım saatlik araba mesafesi hem de tam ortada bir konumda. Temiz bir evdi. Biz cok memnun kaldık. Ilıja bizimle son ana kadar ilgilendi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. :)

What a wonderful place! The views of the bay of Kotor from this apartment are hard to beat, pair that with a pool and modern accommodation and you have a perfect combo! Irena was very communicative and responsive, great experience! Will recommend to friends visiting the area in the near future.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘

Ce séjour chez Nikola était super ! L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois proche de la mer et des villes côtières aux alentours. Nikola nous a conseillé de nombreuses adresses et nous le remercions. La maison est petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Nous pouvions aussi utiliser la grande terrasse pour manger c’était très agréable et surtout très calme :) Il y a également un parking gratuit et des petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que plusieurs restaurants et bars. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et reviendrai avec plaisir :)
