Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tivat Municipality

Perfect little cosy place for a family with 2 children. Beautiful view from the balcony. The place is very clean and well equipped with everything you'd need. Very helpfu, friendly and efficient hosts. The property is close to various beautiful beaches, historical towns and attractions. The small and big supermarkets and bakeries are within easy reach. We had a lovely holiday and looking forward to the next year's visit. Big thanks to Marko and Katarina + family :) x

Хорошая гостиница на самом берегу моря. Чистый бесплатный пляж, несколько ресторанчиков рядом. В 5 минутах ходьбы - супермаркет, пекарня, овощной лоток. До переправы в Каменари полчаса пешком, по дороге можно купить свежих мидий. Возле супермаркета - остановка, ездили на автобусе в Котор и Херцег-Нови. Хозяева - приветливые гостеприимные люди, Милена всегда на связи. Оперативно решили вопрос с регистрацией, о которой мы совсем забыли.

Dragana is very responsive and promptly helped with any questions, and her apartment deserves special attention - it's not just an apartment, but a whole museum. If you want to feel like kings and queens, then this option is perfect for you, the interior is gorgeous. There is a huge terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. The main promenade of Tivat with luxury yachts and restaurants is just a 7-minute walk away, and it is also a great place for walking.

Красивое место,удобное расположение,чисто ,комфортно,уютно. Хозяйка очень внимательная. Нам все понравилось.

Хозяин помог организовать трансфер из аэропорта, жилье расположено в тихом районе, однако далеко от города, это может быть минусом если нет машины. Рядом хороший ресторан Maestral. В ресторане Maestral есть возможность заказать трансфер в аэропорт на лодке, ЭТО ОЧЕНЬ КРУТО И УДОБНО!! Большой, комфортный бассейн на территории виллы (общий для жителей двух домов, но почти всегда был полностью свободен). Шикарный вид с обоих балконов,с одного на Которский залив, с другого на бассейн. Отличной большой телевизор, посудомойка, стиральная машина, вся техника новая. Есть все удобства для проживания. В квартире тихо и очень уютно. Недалеко есть небольшой продуктовый с базовыми продуктами. В 15-20 минутах на машине есть отличный большой песчаный пляж(Plavi Horizonti)! В пешем доступе (5-10 минут) есть небольшой общественный выход к морю, где можно купаться (бетонный пирс со спуском в воду). Дорога до Тивата и Котора - 20 минут на машине.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad! Alles was heel schoon en goed geregeld. De hosts zijn vriendelijk en reageren snel. Het verblijf is wel een stukje de berg oplopen (15 minuten) vanaf de kust, dus als je moeite hebt met stukken lopen dan is het misschien een minder geschikte locatie. Wij hadden er geen problemen mee. Daarnaast is het goed om te weten dat de autowegen naar het verblijf vrij smal zijn. Dus als je ook een auto huurt, dan doe je jezelf een plezier door een wat kleinere huurauto te kiezen.

Wonderful, relaxing stay in a beautiful location. The host recommended a local taxi driver to transport us to and from the Airbnb who was great (thank you Boban!). We had a lovely stay, the host gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area, we highly recommend visiting Tanjga Barbecue (just down the road 2 mins away), the local bakery, and Big Ben restaurant. The pool was so lovely - peaceful, warm, and surrounded by flowers. The waterfront is a close walk away, and you are a short walk away from Porto Montenegro. Thank you Ksenija for a lovely stay and making us feel right at home!

Violeta’s apartment exceeded all our expectations! It’s very comfortable, exactly as described — if not better. Spotlessly clean and truly pleasant to stay in. The apartment stays mostly in the shade during the day, so it remains cool even in hot weather, which is a big plus. All the furniture and appliances are tasteful and well-chosen — you can feel the care put into every detail. Violeta is a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and always available. She truly did everything to make our stay perfect. The park is just a 5–7 minute walk away, and the seaside promenade is about 15 minutes on foot. No issues with deliveries, and parking was always easy. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to others! 🫶🏻😍👍🏼

The house is beautiful, every detail in it is well chosen, so the ambient is perfect! We spent there 14 wonderful days in house and green garden between autentical stone walls, under the kiwi's shade stone table and benches. It is good located, that gives you opportunity to explore Lustca peninsula, it's famous beaches, Tivat , Kotor and more... It was relatively easy to find parking place close to the house. On walking distance you can find mini market, bakery, supermarket and some restaurants and fast food places. Lidia is very polite, friendly person and excellent host. Thank you, I hope we come beck!

First of all, it is a very peaceful place. The entire place was immaculately tidy. Most significantly, it is very close to the sea. There is a shower in the garden, it is a good idea to take a shower after swimming in the sea. There is also a small market very close to the house. Most things are available. There is a borek shop on the other side. Definitely try it. Jelena and her mother promptly answered all our questions. It was especially nice to have a conversation with her mother.

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

Evgeny's house has a million dollar view on the Kotor Bay and this itself is a good enough reason to spend holidays there. Everyone will surely enjoy breakfast at the balcony watching the ships and boats roll in and out or, if you wake up early, watch the sun rise above the Lovćen massif. The house is spacious and easily fit our family of 5. The swimming pool, although quite small but some 1.6m deep, is very refreshing and is a very cool feature. Adjacent to the pool there is a terrace offering a nice shadow under a tree and this is where you will probably spend most of the time. Of course the house is air conditioned. The house is in a quiet area so if you are looking for peace and silence, this is the place to go. You might probably hear some activity from the houses nearby, but the location of the house and the surrounding plants offer complete privacy. The neighbours are nice people anyway. The street leading to the house is very steep so I'd suggest to have a car at your disposal. Within the walking distance there is a restaurant or two, a small supermarket and a rocky beach, but I believe a car is a good idea to be able to move around Montenegro, which it certainly deserves. Also, you don't want to carry a 10kg watermelon by foot. There is a shadowed place to park a car under the terrace. The host is easily accessible by Internet communicators and should any problems arise at the house, there is a serviceman available nearby who'll fix things up. There is a washing machine in the basement as well as an iron, the kitchen is also adequately equipped. We all really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back.

Amazing on all levels. View of the bay fabulous. Super clean with amazing linens and towels and beds and sofas. All amenities plus some! Espresso machine. Steamed milk. Washer. Filtered water. Welcome fruit and juice. Super friendly host family that were available with a smile for any and all requests. I had my 5 month old baby and they provided a cot and were so kind. One night they knew we were tired so they brought dinner!!!!! Above and beyond in all levels.

Хорошие чистые апартаменты со всеми удобствами в чудесном, спокойном месте. Подходит для тех, кто ищет покоя, уединения и релакса! Между тем расположение на горке это отличная и ненавязчивая зарядка для тела по пути к морю и обратно 😁. Есть все, что нужно для спокойного отдыха. Доступность магазинов, туристических мест и красоты страны - без проблем на авто, правда из за ремонта дорог, на Будву и Тиват пробки. Говорят скоро сделают! Отзывчивость и неравнодушие хозяев достойна высшей похвалы! Спасибо Алена и Валера за мой дивный отпуск и конечно же, до встречи!

We had a wonderful one week-stay at Lidija's house! The house is very modern, perfectly equipped, each bedroom has a private bathroom and AC and the pool is so nice to enjoy after a busy sunny day. The location is very convenient: Lustica's peninsula is beautiful, calm and at the same time very close by car to Kotor and other Montenegro must-see sights. Lidija is a very friendly host, always available by email or phone, she will give you precious insider tips about the best restaurants and places of interest.

Alles war fabelhaft! Kristina und ihre Eltern sind super gastfreundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles! Wir waren mit dem Apartment mega zufrieden. Alles sehr vorsorglich vorbereitet. Schöne Strände fast vor der Haustür und viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Nur zur Empfehlen!

I recently stayed at Deagana’s Airbnb in Tivat, Montenegro, and had a wonderful experience. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning sea view, which I enjoyed every morning from the balcony. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it a perfect base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Deagana was a gracious host, providing helpful local tips and ensuring that everything was just right. Odličan domaćin, vrlo ljubazan i spreman na dogovor. Apartman je izuzetno čist i lepo održavan.

Ny og moderne leilighet, stor veranda med fantastisk utsikt. Flott beliggenhet, i nærhet til både strender og by, mange gode restauranter i nærheten. Fint bassengområde. Anbefales!

The appartment was beautiful and had everything we needed! There were two airco’s, one in the living and one in the bedroom. Which is a must during the hot summer days. In a 5 minute walk there was a beach and in about a 15 minute walk you could be at the porto montenegro centre. Kind regards, M&M

Eugenio's apartment was fantastic and completely fulfilled the expectations from the photos and description. All of the furniture was very comfortable and had everything that I needed for a long-term stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and I really enjoyed the 10-15 minute walk into Porto Montenegro from the apartment. There is a grocery store, bakery, and restaurant right on the street, so this makes things very accessible, as well as a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Fast wifi, plenty of hot water, and great amenities. I'd absolutely stay at this apartment again, if it is available in the future.

This Apartment is a lucky find for anyone who wants some days to calm down after arriving at Tivat Airport. We got picked up from the airport and arrived 4 minutes afterwards at the apartment, which looked exactly like on the listing. There are many possibilities for grocery shopping nearby as well as some restaurants. You can walk to Porto Montenegro within half an hour or go to one of the beaches in the area. Of course there is some noise, since the apartment is very close to the airport, but we found it rather interesting to watch the airplanes crossing than disturbing. The amazing host, Ines, was reachable at all times and offered rides to the city as well as helpful information. To conclude, we had an amazing time and would always recommend this AirBnB.
