Monthly Rentals in Tivives beach

Beautiful home, lots of amenities for kids and ample space to spread out. Was bigger than the photos portrayed, very close to the beach, easy to find. The home was about 40 minutes from restaurants and shopping just as described, this location however was much more private than neighboring beaches. The only thing to note that we were unaware of and wish we knew in advance is the property next door is under construction so there will be construction noises when you wake up in paradise. Without the construction I’m sure waking up to the waves would normally be very peaceful. Just something to keep in mind. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and found the property to be very clean and spacious, well stocked and even thoughtful extras throughout.

We only stayed one night and really enjoyed our stay. The property was spotless and the instructions were very clear. Ana was easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed. It was the first time I had seen so many avocados growing on trees. The setting was peaceful, the air conditioning was nice, and the black out shades were a plus! The best part was the delicious breakfast!! Thank you Ana!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Titi’s beach house. It’s surprisingly close to San Jose, yet off the beaten path. The beach is beautiful and right out the back door. There are no big developments on the beach, it’s just lined by a quiet neighborhood so very few other people on it. On the opposite side of the house is a Mangrove swamp with monkeys in the trees. We rented a boogie board and a surf board and had them delivered to the house by a tour operator who lives in the neighborhood (Titi will give you the contact info). This place is best with a rental car; there is one nice walkable restaurant, everything else is a drive. The house and backyard equipment have some signs of wear, but pool was nice and the backyard is pretty. The bedrooms each have an AC unit and they work well but the main living area was a bit warm, especially the first night because the house was closed up without AC on. It fit our family of 6 comfortably and the “kids” were college and high school students.

The sunsets alone were worth every penny!! We raced back to the house every night just to watch the colors change. The house itself is quaint, clean, organized and quite perfect! It’s small but they have what is needed to hang your clothes as there is not a lot of room to leave open luggage. Our family ran and played on the quiet beach. I think we saw 5 people total.. great hard packed sand for morning and evening walks. There was a spot that was very dirty (glass, plastic, etc) from high tide that you would want to wear shoes to walk through. Giovanni was thorough in communications and quick to respond! His directions were very much appreciated. We knew there weren’t a ton of amenities nearby. But it’s no joke, when you leave the house pack what you need as it’s not near activities and has very limited eating. Not an issue for most - just a heads up!
