We reserved the apartment for the 16th because our flight was arriving early on the 17th at 6 a.m., knowing we wouldn’t find a check-in that early anywhere else. Even before we landed, Simona was already in touch—sending detailed instructions, helpful guidance, and checking in regularly to make sure everything would go smoothly. Though we didn’t get to the apartment until around noon, she remained patient and attentive the entire time. She even left two drinks for us in the fridge (a water and a soda)—a small gesture, but after our long trip, it meant a lot. What touched us the most was that she met us in person, accompanied by a kind young man who helped carry our bags. Avendo l'auto abbiamo alloggiato a Tivoli terme per visitare Roma, ed è stata un'ottima scelta. Micaela ci ha consigliato di lasciare l'auto a Rebibbia e da lì ci siamo spostati dentro Roma. L'alloggio è comodo, pulito e in un contesto molto tranquillo. Corrisponde pienamente alle aspettative di foto e descrizione. molto consigliato.

È stato come sentirti a casa. L’appartamento era ben collegato e molto pulito. Andrea disponibilissimo e gentilissimo, ci ha spiegato nei minimi dettagli tutto ed anche i posti da visitare.

Franchement nous avons passé un bon moment chez stephano, c’était impeccable et sympa. Pas loin du métro dans une résidence privée avec pas mal de stationnement. Proche des commerces.

Fue una experiencia maravillosa, muy tranquila. Alessandro y sobre todo su esposa muy amables y preocupados por nuestra estudia, pendientes de nosotras desde el día uno hasta finalizar nuestro viaje. Altamente recomendables, está en una zona tranquila con una vista hermosa. El hospedaje muy limpio y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Estamos muy contentas de haberlos conocido.

Très bel appartement spacieux, moderne, élégant. Tout y est pour cuisiner et se reposer. La situation est superbe (en plein village) et les commerçants sont gentils. Nous recommandons fortement.

Alloggio eccezionale, a meno di dieci minuti dalla stazione di Tivoli, camere bellissime pulite e curate, host gentilissima nel darmi indicazioni. Tornei volentieri!!

Sonia and Giovanni were great very friendly and helpful with everything we needed from recommending restaurants and places to go to even helping out to give a ride to get our rental vehicle. Very safe place cleanliness is a 5star we strongly recommend this place

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

Schöne saubere Unterkunft. Metro, Supermärkte, Restaurants alles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Marianna ist total nett und sehr hilfsbereit und hat super Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben👍🏼

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Very good location from the center. Apartment was really cute and clean and the host was friendly with quick response.

Great place in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Everything was perfectly walkable, with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Apartment was relatively quiet at night. Good AC! Clear and quick communication with the host.

El departamento de Giuseppe y Lucrezia superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Es amplio, completo y muy limpio. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y mucho más para disfrutar de la estadía. La ubicación es inmejorable, tiene vida de barrio, con bares y restaurantes en las cercanías, a la vez, está muy bien comunicado con los puntos turísticos más importantes. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, estuvieron atentos a todo, nos dejaron café, té y dulces para desayunar así como una diversidad de bebidas en la heladera. Ojalá podamos volver pronto.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Estuvimos aquí de paso en nuestras vacaciones por Italia ,Olga y claudio fueron encantadores ,tienen un apartamento precioso con unas vistas inmejorables nos encantaría volver en nuestro próximo viaje

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Wunder … Wunder … Wunderschön. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Schon im Vorfeld hat uns Svilena mit „Rat und Tat“ zur Seite gestanden. Ein herzlicher Empfang erwartete uns dann bei unserer Ankunft. Lage, Lage: mitten in der Stadt (der Bus fährt vor der Tür ab, die Tram nur 100 Meter entfernt) wird man von betörendem Jasmin-Duft begrüßt. Ein kleiner Pool, ein Relax Chill-Ecke und ein großer Tisch laden zur Entspannung im Garten ein. Die Außenküche ist einfach nur praktisch. Mit zahlreichen Designermöbeln ist der Wohn-/Essbereich wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet. Hier kann man am langen Eichentisch herrlich frühstücken oder dinieren. Alles in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer, die Bäder, Nachtwäsche, Handtücher … alles sehr, sehr ordentlich. Und immer wieder erfreut sich das Auge an schöner Kunst, interessanten Bildern und liebevollen Kleinigkeiten. Was fehlt: N I X ! Garnichts! Man kann sich hier wirklich nur wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Flavio harika bir ev sahibi. Her konuda yardımcı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ev ve manzarası huzur dolu. Yakın çevrede alışveriş ve yemek yenecek iyi restoranlar mevcut. Villanın diğer sakinleri misafirperver. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Eğer arabanız ile geliyorsanız villaya dış kapıdan giriş yapmak için linke bir süre önceden tıklayarak dış kapıyı açık hale getirmeniz gerekiyor. Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in toller Lage. Abends is diese Gegend sehr belebt, dennoch hört man wenig in der Wohnung. Leider war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Der Pool und der Garten sind eine Oase. Der Pool ist erst von 11 Uhr bis 13 Uhr und dann wieder von 15 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr zugänglich und man wird von einem freundlichen Aufpasser überwacht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ein ganzes Stück weg. Taxis stehen jedoch am Plazza Trilussa. Vom Flughafen aus gibt es regulierte Taxipreise (55€) für die Fahrten, sodass man kein Taxi vorbuchen muss. Rodel ist sehr hilfreich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
