Bedroom with double bed and tiled bathroom with washing/drying machine. Breakfast tray can be offered. We have 4 bikes to borrow. Here is proximity to Lycke Golf Club, Tofta Herrgård, Stall Tofta with touring for Icelandic horses. Nature reserve, swimming and fishing. The archipelago around the area is perfect for canoeing and kayaking. Marstrand only 15 min with car and 35 min to Gothenburg.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home, nestled by the sea with its own dock. There are opportunities to get to Stenungsund and Gothenburg with good transport links. There are also bicycles to borrow. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has one 140 cm bed and one large closet. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and laundry combined dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with possibility for relaxation and barbecue.

The house is rural, it is about 85 sqm,it is 2 km to the nearest swimming, everything is within 15 km.ing events/parties, Max 4 people, not under 25 years, no smoking indoors,no pets are allowed , but there have been animals before. Admission to the cottage no earlier than 4 pm departure no later than 12 pm. Bed linens and towels , duvets are available. We are very keen for the house to be clean and tidy and want the person who rents from us to leave it as they get it. Tjörns Golf course 3 km
