The house was really nice and the hosts are great! great location too.

We loved the place, excellent service and at an excellent price! We will definitely return, it is close to the center and there is a lot to do in the surroundings.

Nice stay, nearby grocery stores, a very quiet area and a super dot is breakfast included! I had the bad experience of forgetting some hearing aids and they immediately communicated with me to let me know, highly recommended place.

I know I will dream to return to this airbnb. First off, the bed had the most comfortable comforter & bed I have slept in!!! We walked into the room and the air conditioning was on and you can hear the water trickling from the pond & the birds chirping. It was so beautiful and an experience in itself. Very large, bigger than it looks. It has an entrance (with 1 step inside from the entrance to the living room so its not very accessible), then the living room with two sofas, then a tall bathroom, the kitchenette is in the hallway outside of the bathroom as you walk into the bedroom. The bedroom was massive with a safe, desk, & even a little walk out pond. Not sure if all rooms are like this but ours was amazing. Such a beautiful Airbnb. 🥹 one day I will be back! We got to Guadalajara at 8 pm and had to leave to the airport at 7 am (pool didn’t open until 9 am) so I am sad we didn’t get to stay longer:( also there was a $100 peso fee upon arrival for amenities that we didn’t get to use.

Everything was very good, the house was excellent conditions and very spacious, parking for 2 cars and that gave us a lot of tranquility. Thank you. If necessary we will rebook the place

This was a wonderful location for my extended stay. For two months, the hostel was just what I wanted. Pet friendly. Less than 5 min walk to Parque Rojo and Parque Expiatorio. 5 min walk to Juarez Station (train). Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. ~20min walk to El Centro Guadalajara. My room was cleaned once a week, shared spaces were cleaned twice weekly. Mariana was very quick to respond with any questions and provided local recommendations for a long-term stay (i.e., laundry service, postal shipping, etc.). I greatly appreciated my time at this location.

The place seemed super nice, everything was clean, the beds, and super comfortable and quality pillows. There was not much contact by message or call but the treatment upon arrival and when we left was excellent and sincere, we felt very comfortable and there was no problem. Of course I would stay here again.

Outstanding attention and service

Very pleasant stay, it has everything published, the area is very quiet and has a clubhouse that you can visit for various activities if you go with children. Everything was very clean and tidy.

The place was perfect, the water was at a cold temperature but nice for this season. ONLY detail, the water has a lot of chlorine, there are white pieces of chlorine so they put it, but the pool and pool area was beautiful

A comfortable and spacious place, the location was very good for our plans. The area is quiet and there are places to eat nearby, Ilse was always super attentive to everything and the instructions very clear for access. Thank you very much for everything

This place is really a great value. It's super nice to have a private bathroom and it was super clean. Plus it came with a soap and shampoo and toothbrush. The only problem I had was that the shower head was positioned weirdly so I had to stand on my toes to be able to wash my body. If you're taller, it's no issue and it probably isn't like that in all the units. I didn't use the kitchen but it looked well equipped. I ended up needing to check out 2 days earlier and the host was very accommodating. The location is nice and safe and there is a washing machine on the rooftop terrace. It does get chilly in Guadalajara at night, but the blankets in the room are plenty warm. Overall, a great place for a quick stay in Guadalajara.

Everything was excellent

everything was fine and comfortable, the only thing is the shared bathrooms. a system with more privacy would be better. As for the rest, I accept that it is what I was looking for, central, full of food places and a committed host.

The place has a very nice aesthetic, spacious room and bathroom with everything you need for your stay. Good location, close to the historic center and Chapultepec Avenue, it is easy to move around by walking and/or by public or private transport. There are many restaurants and bars in the area with different concepts, so there is to choose from. Luis very attentive to my questions. Thank you for the stay. 10/10
