Monthly Rentals in Tobbiana

We had a full week at this wonderful place. The "La Fornace" apartement was very spacious and beautiful, but the real gem is the pool area and view over the city and nature! The communication with the hosts was great, and they helped out with everything from suggestions to hiking routes, public transport, super markets etc. We frequently saw Vincenzo and Dilia in the area in the mornings preparing the pool, cleaning the garden etc. We felt very welcome and getting taken care of!

The house is super clean and smells great. It’s located in a very peaceful area with a lovely view of the mountains. There’s a fantastic gelateria just around the corner, and a nice pizza place just a few minutes’ walk away. It’s not very close to the train station, so it’s best to go by car. You can walk, it’s about 20 minutes, or take the bus, but keep in mind that buses stop running after 8 PM. Fabrizio is a very friendly and kind host. He kindly picked us up from the station, as he was nearby and there were no buses running when we arrived. We definitely recommend this place!

Francesca's cottage in Prato is truly a gem! So lovingly furnished, everything immaculate and meticulously clean. Everything was available and everything worked perfectly. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, as it was very hot this week. Francesca and her husband deserve a special mention: We have never met such welcoming and attentive hosts. Always immediately available and always a tip and a recommendation at hand. Even the reception was very loving and beautiful. When you arrive by motorcycle at 34° and cold water and a snack are ready, what could be better!!! It was a wonderful week to be a guest here....thank you very much and of course an absolute recommendation.

Loved this place. Exactly what we needed after a trip in Rome. Filipo clearly has a passion for plants and we absolutely loved his gardens. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore this region. We had a rental car and were able to explore and enjoy everything- Florence, Pisa, Siena, Crete senesi and San gimignano.
