Place was super clean and fit me and my friends ( 4 of us total) just perfect we all had a great time staying here would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay with friends the train was extremely close and convenient

Yoko's place is wonderful and conveniently located, easy access to trains and walkable to many locations such as the Tokyo Skytree and Asahi building. It was a little compact but well laid out. The bunk beds were super comfortable and if you stay in the bottom bunks they are super dark for sleeping along with having your own dimmable lights and switches makes you feel like you are staying in a capsule hotel with your family. Extra toilet is a definite plus. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are many convenient stores very close by. It's a wonderful place to stay.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Rui's home! Her sister Yui lives downstairs, and was very communicative with us throughout our stay. We arrived late in the evening and she met us outside with her husband. They helped us bring all our luggage up to the second floor! They were very welcoming and the place was imcredibly clean and exactly as pictured. Yui was very helpful and responsive whenever I asked questions in the app. We even had trouble with a pizza delivery, and Yui called the restaurant to make sure they delivered to the right address. The location was amazing, with a beautiful park right outside. Only a 10 minute walk to the station, and plenty of great restaurants a short walk away. The convenience stores and supermarket were also within a short walking distance. Yui booked us a taxi for our return trip home, and even carried our luggage downstairs for us. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and we will absolutely stay here again when we return!!

Our stay at Yuko and Ken’s place was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent. We especially spoke with Miss Chen, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. She made everything smooth and easy. The home is clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with a lot of thoughtful touches. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood with quick access to a nearby station, making it really convenient to get to Shinjuku and other parts of Tokyo. Yuko, Ken, Kuo, and Chen were all amazing and made us feel very welcome. Their hospitality was outstanding and truly made this stay special. We would absolutely love to come back again.

品川駅から1駅、最寄駅から徒歩数分という抜群の立地で、渋谷、浅草、銀座、ディズニーはもちろん、羽田空港へのアクセスもとても便利でした。 お部屋は静かで清潔、落ち着いた雰囲気でとてもリラックスできます。 ホストのマーガレットさんは連絡がとても丁寧で、質問にもすぐ答えてくれて安心できました。 立地・快適さ・ホストの心配り、どれをとっても大満足です。東京でゆったりと滞在を楽しみたい方に心からおすすめします！また必ずリピートしたい宿です。

4인가족이라 보통 퀸베드 두개숙소에 묵었는데 싱글네개가 더 편하다는것을 알게되었습니다. 수건도 넉넉했고 필요한 물건은 다 있었어요.

Nous avons adoré ce logement ! La ligne de métro qui se situe à 15 minutes à pied nous a permis de nous balader dans les différents quartiers aux alentours d’Asakusa. Il y a plusieurs temples magnifiques à découvrir très proche du logement, qui lui même est situé près de la rivière Sumida. Le logement est très fonctionnel, semblable au photo. Très facile à trouver grâce à l’hôte qui est réactif, il a été très amical et nous a bien conseillé. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement !

The place was great, just a few minutes walk from Sasazuka station. It's on a small street that is a mix of residential and restaurants. Primarily locals, almost no tourists and generally very quiet. But there were a couple nights we were awakened at 1am by people on the street or in the restaurant below. We were a family of 7, plenty of space and everyone had a bed.

We love our stay. The first floor felt a bit limited at first, but in 2 days, we got used to it. It's very clean and well equipped. The location is also good. It's quiet, walkable to the station, and lots of restaurants/shops/supermarkets nearby. We were able to make good memories in this house. Highly recommended. Thank you for letting us stay in this house.

Loved the house, the location was fantastic. We loved the huge park at the back by the river. It was a great stay and would definitely go back.

10名で利用させていただきました。 ホストの方の対応が非常に丁寧で、困った時の連絡もスムーズで密にご連絡をいただけたので、本当に助かりました。 皆で料理して、掘りごたつでたこ焼きパーティしながらNetflix観て、充実した時間が過ごせました。部屋は写真の通り綺麗で清潔感があります。 また機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思います。

We stayed for 13 nights and found the house and the area very good for a family of 5. Its located in a very calm part of Tokyo, just a 30 minute commute to Shinjuku, with the Funabori station being a 10 minute walk away. The house is surrounded with multiple convenience stores and bigger supermarkets. Communication with the host was very easy, with quick and helpful replies.

This was a delightful jewel box of a home. It was charmingly decorated and really made you feel like you were getting a glimpse of local living. Kanade was super friendly and responsive to all questions, and was delightfully proactive at every step. You're in a residential neighborhood, which has its pros and cons. It is easy to get to the subway station and from there, anywhere you want to go...but it's not going to be fast, and a lot of it is uphill. Between the walk and the ride, it pretty much took an hour/hour plus to get anywhere. Even TeamLabs Planets, which is 2 miles away, took 45 min by subway (including walking time.) But it was quiet and homey. The staircase is tight; I was worried we wouldn't get the suitcases up it and it felt a little treacherous coming down, especially for middle of the night bathroom trips. But that's also part of the authentic experience. We're glad we chose this over a generic hotel; it really added to the trip.

This place was great. We stayed three adults. There was a bedroom on the first floor and the bedroom on the third floor. The living room and kitchen were comfortable and clean. Oshiage station is with an easy walking distance, and the area is way more peaceful than the big touristy areas.

Everything was clean and smelled nice. The view from the 4th floor to the river was beautiful. Getting the backs to the place wasn't too hard, since the stairs aren't too narrow nor steep. The building is next to a road, and when bigger vehicles drove past the whole building shook a bit, but it wasn't too bad. I would recommend earplugs for sleeping here, since the sounds from the road and the crows in the area can easily wake you up. Yahiro Station is close to the building, less than a 10-minute walk away, so you can get to anywhere in Tokyo easily from here. Jing Xi was a very polite host. Overall it was a great place to stay at I could recommend to anyone!

中学生の子供と小学生の子供も家族4人で利用しました。 寝室が二つあり、またソファーベッドもあり、一人で寝たい中学生の子供も満足いく部屋でよかったです。 立地もよく江の島を楽しむのであれば1番良かったです。

公寓沒有電梯行李上下不方便，房間臨馬路清晨到早上會有點吵～房間簡單舒適乾淨～

The place looks exactly like the pictures, clean and nice! We have 7 people, everyone is happy about the place. You can wash the clothes and dry them in the bathroom with dry fans. The location is great, 7 mins walk to both train stations. Wifi is super fast. overall, it's a good value for this place when you have bunch people.

房子在日本居民区内，可以很好的感受本地人的生活。房子很舒服～房东很专业热情，有问题会立刻帮忙解决。离荒川很近，可以在河边散步～靠近路面，所以会有车声，建议戴上耳塞
