Holiday rentals with lake access in Tokyo

Very quiet home in Koto city, Tokyo. Walkable to some good restaurants and a grocery store as well as a corner 7-eleven. About a 13 minute walk to the train station. Easy and safe to navigate. Eric was a very flexible and responsive host! We enjoyed our stay.

我們到的時候河邊上的櫻花正是盛開，超級美麗，能在房子裏看到美景。我們離開時，是落櫻的時候，風吹時差一點點就像櫻吹雪，美的不得了。 附近有很多小商店，食店也很不錯，要去市中心開車也很方便。房子沒有店停車庫，但附近的收費停車場也不貴，一整天也不到1000日元。 房子也很乾淨，沒有多餘的雜物，地點也很易意尋找，我最喜歡就是二樓的吊椅，坐在那裏看櫻花，不用跟別人搶位置，很是舒心。

Host was very accommodating and communicative. Allowed me to drop my luggage off early and greeted me with the upmost energy. Always willing to go out their way to make sure the stay went well

This place is an excellent value. I had the entire second floor to myself, which includes a bedroom, living room, balcony, and toilet. The second floor living space was nicer, cleaner, and more spacious than the photos showed. I was initially concerned about the neighborhood being further out from the center, but it's actually in a great location less than a 20 minute bike ride away from cool areas like Kichijoji, Koenji, and Shimokitazawa. I liked that the neighborhood had a quiet, local feel to it, and has a large, beautiful park nearby. Shu is a great host who was attentive to my needs. He let me borrow a bike, which came in handy for exploring. The only things to be aware of are that the Wifi is slow/nearly unusable, and there's a slight smoking smell. I'm usually very sensitive to the smell of smoke, but I just aired out the windows during the day and it wasn't a problem for me. Overall, I was fully satisfied with my stay and you can't do better for the price. Thanks Shu!

The place was a good value and everything was as described with no complaints. Wifi and air con were great, beds were very comfortable, host was very nice and helpful and accomadating. No complaints whatsoever. Area was safe, quiet, and close to subway, supermarkets, restaurants. Great stay.

conveniently located next to Skytree. there was a massage place in the same building. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

I loved this place, located just a couple of stops north of Kyoto Station. It was perfect for the three of us and spotlessly clean. Our host kindly let us drop off our bags before check-in, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to do some research before heading out. There's a small kitchen on the first floor, along with a cozy lobby and a washing machine. I highly recommend this place for families of three. I must say, it had the largest and cleanest bathroom we encountered during our trip. To top it all off, the location is fantastic—right across from the Imperial Palace.

Had an incredible stay with Eric. Was welcomed to a clean, cozy and tidy space after a long 11 hour flight. The space was close to public transport as well as convenient stores which made it easy to travel around the city. As a first time visitor in Tokyo, Eric not only offered a relaxing stay after a long day exploring, but also amazing advice on places to go, visit and overall travel experience. It was an absolute pleasure for me and my friends to have shared this space for our first time in Japan.

This is easily one of my most favorite neighborhoods in the area and the accommodations were amazing! The home was clean and beautiful! Fantastic blend of traditional and modern. Great area that puts you within walking distance of Asakusa, while being on the quiet side of the Sumida River. Top notch all the way around!

Our stay here in Kichijoji was wonderful. Yujing was a responsive host who was quick to fix an issue with our fridge within 24 hours. The apartment is clean and roomy and had everything we needed. As it is clearly stated in the description, the room is right next to a train line, so you do hear train noise. It was not an issue for us and we slept with ear plugs. Thank you for a wonderful stay and look forward to staying again sometime soon.

After the noise and chaos of central Tokyo, it was great to unwind in Saitama. The accomodation was perfect for solo travel, and had everything that was needed (I would like to highlight the excellent laundromat nearby). The host communicated perfectly and quickly, and was very accommodating to my panicked questions. Wonderful experience altogether.

房东回复消息和解决入住时遇到的问题都非常及时，沟通整体非常顺畅。这个预定的room是位于整栋建筑的三层，三个卧室，其中一间卧室还是日式装修风格，带来非常特殊的体验感。厨房做轻食也很方便。浴室和两个独立厕所的卫生以及设置的维护成度都很棒，能看的出平时的用心维护。洗衣房外的阳台晾晒衣服很方便，洗衣机也很干净。下楼楼道略窄，但我猜这是日本核心地段街区房屋建造的共性？楼下可以步行至押上站，旁边就是晴空塔，在附近的salamachi购物也很方便，基本可以满足一般日常生活的所有需求。唯一可能的短板就是临着一条主街，晚上偶尔会有摩托车非常快速的经过，对于有幼儿和老人的这种需要优质睡眠质量的群体可能体验感差了一些。其他方面真的都非常棒！非常推荐。尤其是你在乎装修风格，卫生质量，设施配置的话。
