Following the recent activation of the limited traffic zone (ZTL), our garage cannot be reached during closing hours. A period residence in the heart of the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free on-site parking. The house includes a large dining room with a view of the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television, and heating.

Prestigious apartment in a historic building from the early 19th century in the center of Assisi overlooking the central Piazza del Comune, therefore not completely silent.
