Wonderful stay at the College Loft! Clean , spacious and everything you needed was there. Jenna communicated with us every step of the way. Great location, and YES you can walk to the Cornell graduation. 5* rental!

We loved the beautiful setting. It is rural but an easy drive (only 15 minutes) to Ithaca. We travelled with our 2 year old grandson and he spent a lot of time playing outside—and we really appreciated the basket of toys we found inside. It was obvious that Andrew & Rebecca take great care with their property.

Great place in the Finger Lakes area. Katie was very responsive and helpful. Very quiet place.

We stayed in the south wing suite and had a great stay. We have family in the area and this will be our go to place after staying in many other airbnb's in the area. Beautiful house to explore and walking distance to town. Jes was a pleasure to work with. See you again soon!

Amazing restored estate home on large beautiful property. We stayed here with family and several extended family members for Cornell Graduation Week. The house is large and beautifully restored – furnishings and décor are amazing, a true warm and classy home feel. Pictures just don’t do it justice. Plenty of room to relax in the house and the large acre or so yard with a lighted gazebo, fire pit area and large outdoor event/gathering area. We also booked the separate apartment unit that can be opened to the rest of the house. Everyone in our group loved this place – you just want to stay longer. The upper deck has views of the lake. Ithaca and Cornell are a short drive away. Book this place early, for a big or small family gathering/celebration, or especially early for Cornell Graduation Week. Jim and Sara are amazing hosts, always responsive and helpful…and just great people. Probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in and we highly recommend you try it out - you'll love it!

The apartment was amazing! We felt at home! Sylvia even put some treats for us! They were super responsive! The place was neat and clean! We really recommend it!

I stayed at Meriams place on the front end of a work trip and the tail end too, she was very accommodating for my needs and it is a great little place. It has all, plus more of the essentials you would need and was stocked with breakfast stuff, snacks, coffee, home canned peaches and vanilla ice cream plus the towels, shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning products, extra linens, etc. were all there. Being out in the country it was secluded, quiet and far enough from lights, people and places but ideal for my work at SUNY Cortland (25 minutes) and Cornell Univ (10 min) and Ithaca (15 min) The property has a pond, gardens, a deck, unfortunately it never stopped raining long enough to enjoy them, maybe next time. Additionally it is near the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and has lots of birds around the property and is also very close to the Ithaca airport. It would be a pleasure to stay here anytime I'm in town. We booked this home after changing our trip dates and losing the original house we rented. Boy, was it worth it!! The home is Beautiful! The views, natural light, huge master bathroom, and the most comfortable couch were just some of our favorite things. One of the bedrooms had kids' books and toys, and it was perfect for our 4-year-old daughter. The owners' communication with us was at its best! We look forward to returning next year!

This is a beautiful home in a secluded, gorgeous location, exactly what we were hoping for. Even then, we were able to easily order in when we didn't want to go out and get to Ithaca for additional activities. The only thing I would say is that the basement is not finished (stated clearly) and for our little ones, I would have felt better having it locked for safety. Overall, our stay was very smooth and very comfortable.

First time in Ithica, and this was a great place to stay near downtown. We specifically wanted to be on the water, and this place delivered. Very cozy and comfortable house for our family. Looking to come back in the summer and bring our boat and take full advantage of the dock/lake.

The Airbnb was very clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive and allowed us to check in early and check out late. The original listing said two full bathrooms when there was really only one full bathroom—otherwise the place was 10/10!

So thankful to find an affordable place to stay in Ithaca to meet up with college friends. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the AirBnB and the location was easily walkable from Cornell’s campus and Collegetown. Mike was amazing. He called on the day we were supposed to arrive as the temps had dramatically changed. He got window AC units installed in every bedroom and the living room before we got there. We appreciated that AC and his proactiveness as we finally had summer temps. Thank you for a great stay!

Great safe and quiet neighborhood, clean pet friendly house and a park for dog walking one block away. traveling with a pet doesnt get any better and even though its on the "Cornell" side of town we have used it twice for Ithaca College events. juat a short 10-15 minute drive. Mary is super nice and reaponsive. Very highly reccommend.

Megan was a great host. Her place was clean and easy to get in and out of without an issue. Everything was spotless. She was very accommodating and her communication was great. We went up for Cornell's graduation weekend. It was easy to get to from her place. If we were ever headed there again, we would definitely book with her again.

We were in Elmira to celebrate my mom who passed on 12/21/24 and was laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery. Our immediate family (from Ithaca, Indiana, and Illinois) stayed in the 3 apartment suites and we were so happy to have homes away from home! The apartments were beautifully appointed, in a great location (close to everything) and having the restaurants-Rye and the Garage-right downstairs was amazing, delicious, and convenient! Thank you for a wonderful stay during a solemn but important occasion-you helped us put the fun in funeral!

Looked exactly like the photos/matched description. They were also very fast to respond and helpful. The lodge itself was very charming and I loved the amount of space available and that each section had its own bathroom. The private balcony also was a hit for those who wanted fresh air or to observe the snowfall. If you are looking for a more legitimate Airbnb space (like a house) this isn’t for you. But overall, we had a great time (9 of us) and were comfortable with the space. Would definitely come back! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was they closed the outdoor pool due to the weather and we weren’t able to go in.
