The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en privat brygga och bjuder in till bad.

Vedeldad bastu på tomten och under sommaren tillgång till områdets gemensamma pool som finns på promenadavstånd (ca 25/6-15/8). Huset är 72 m2 med stor altan och grill och vacker utsikt över skogen. Två sovrum, kök, matplats, vardagsrum, badrum. Kamin. Fristående gäststuga med ett rum ca 20m2 med 140 cm säng (maj-sept).
