Welcome to a newly renovated and winterized house of approximately 140 m2 with 5 rooms and kitchen in the beautiful Roslagsnatur. The house is located in a cozy village with nice walking paths and proximity to Väddöviken. The nearest beach and jetty is about 1.5 km away on a quiet road past horse pastures and strawberry patches. The property is located on a hillside with sun throughout the day. On the property, there are two houses, one of which is a permanent residence. The house you rent has a private and cozy backside with dining area, barbecue and hammocks.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. In the middle of nature with beautiful views in all directions, you can enjoy the archipelago all year round. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace to burn in, a newly built guest house and a large, nice wood-fired sauna. All materials are consistently exclusive and the house is built in 2023 via the house supplier "Sommarnöje". Both houses have a beautiful terrace all around, which means that you can always enjoy the sun in several places. A path leads down to a jetty and invites you to swim.

Sjöhuset

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in a sunny location bordering a nature reserve. At the house's porch, you have a view over a large enclosure with fallow deer. The house also has a sauna and Jacuzzi. 200 meters from the house is a private lake with sauna and jetty as well as access to a boat and fishing. Down by the water there is also a porch under a beautiful oak tree where you can enjoy views as well as good food and drinks. The farm is located at the end of the road, very private with only beautiful nature around.

Cozy house from the early 1900s in Herräng. Only a few minutes to the sea and swimming on rocks or beach. Average standard and everything you need is available. To Herräng it is 6 km and to Hallstavik where there are more shops, pharmacies, liquor stores, etc. it is 16 km. The house is in an area between nature reserves so there are incredible nature experiences for those who want them. We have a barbecue area by the sea that you can use. If you want to fish, that's fine. There are some indoor and outdoor games as well as a trampoline.

For families with children, there is a trampoline, toys and plenty of room for play.

Welcome to "Roslagens famn" (Roslagen's embrace) as Evert Taube sings and a house near the sea with both sandy beach, cliff swimming and the smell of seaweed within a hundred meters. Perfect year-round vacation for couples and families alike, but also a paradise for birdwatchers and Albert Engström's fans. Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. Historical beach house

Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Our wonderful summer house is located next to Väddöviken with lake view, private beach and is only 1.20 minutes from Stockholm. The house has a lot of greenery just outside the house and birds chirping from the windows. Newly built in the summer of 2020 and is about 115 sqm with huge windows, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry room and large open kitchen/living room and a lovely large balcony around half the house with sun all day. Private jetty for boat mooring is available.
