Holiday rentals with beach access in Ton Sai Beach

The apartment is as described. It is well equipped and in a good location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning again. One thing that needs to change is the blinds in the bedrooms. These are very thin and do not keep the light in at all well. It requires a proper blind and a pull down black out blind/curtains to solve this. This is especially a problem for the back bedrooms, as the hallway light is shining all night long and it's light at 6am so the kids will be awake once the sunshine comes through the window. Thanks for everything, we would like to return in the future.

The place is beautiful, the room in front of the sea, clean pool and staff very friendly. The breakfast was nice because they offered something local every day!

Excellent location near the centre of Phi Phi Don. You can hear some music late in the evening, but it's not super loud here. Great view of the sea from the balcony. Wifi is excellent. Cleanliness can be a little better, but overall for the price, location and view, the apartment is worth it.

I liked this room. It was very modern and extremely clean. I think the only downside would be, it’s not walking distance from the beach. But with grab coming back and forth to the center was quite cheap too. Overall I recommend this place %100

Very private. Even common swimming pool was empty for most of the time. Very close to the beach. The water in the sea is clear. Planty of restaurants and almost no people. Ideal for somebody who want to chill.

We had a fantastic time at Steens condo. Fantastic views. The apartment was exactly what is advertised. Thomas and Ae were amazing for any transport requirements and booking an amazing Hong boat trip for us around the islands. Any taxis we needed were booked through them and so accommodating. Very beautiful villa in a very quiet area. The rooms are sufficiently large and all equipped with air conditioning. In addition, the pool is a big plus, and there is also a grill available.

We checked in with 4 people. The apartment is spacious enough for 4 people. The apartment is clean and new and has all the necessities. Emmy has been a great host and very responsive. She even facilitated a late check out at 8pm for the check out day. Highly recommended to other guests. Thanks again!

Sebastian was super helpful and responsive to all our needs. He set us up with a reliable driver for anywhere we wanted to go. Maybe it was lack of communication but we were under the impression that the house had its own beach from the photo of property from above and the way the listing worded it. And looks like there are chairs or umbrellas or something. We found plenty to do though and for the most part we enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent stay. Villa more beautiful than the photos. Kids loved the pool and the designer rooms and the bunk beds. Pool was very clean. Value for money if u have kids and 2 families.

Great guy and a lovely villa. Nothing was an issue for Mark and he was on hand for anything from bike rental to daily travel plans. 100% would go back

This home is a bubble of happiness. Full of small touches, coffee,water,... hot tub pool at its best. i highly recommend it.

A very friendly sweet host. You can watch the sea and nature from the room in no time. Very very quiet and secluded. If you like peace and quiet, I would go here. You can walk to the shops and dining places. From the busy street close to the pier you can grab a tuktuk to get to the busy mass section to Ao Nang. We really like this place. The pool is not completely top because you can't lie there on a lounger but otherwise top apartment. You can have a nice jog and then walk to the sea. If you are lucky as we are, you can see monkeys!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s house! The location is perfect if you’re looking for a serene getaway while still being close to great food and the beach. The house is strategically situated near some fantastic Thai restaurants, including beachside spots with great music and ambiance. The house itself is well-equipped with all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. Another bonus is that within the same condo, there’s a tour and travel agency run by Mr. Thomas, who I highly recommend for scooter rentals, taxis, and boat tours—he made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Krabi. Would definitely return!

Quiet clean and by the beach as well as food

5 star is not enough to rate this place. This is the best place i ever had in krabi really clean really helpful really recommended

Viola’s apartment is within phu Dahla residences which is a serviced apartment building. Viola kindly changed my room when she found out that i was catching an early morning flight into krabi. That was so kind and thoughtful of her. The check in was very detailed and informative. We had everything we needed from cutlery, towels, stove. We had to bring our own toothbrush, shampoo, body wash etc but we prefer using our own anyway. Throughout the trip viola was very communicative and patient with me as it was a semi-work trip for me. I was late to reply to her messages so she WApped me, which I appreciated. The amenities and location make this place worth every baht. It’s away from the noisy Ao Nang and nearer to khlong haeng and nopparathara beach, which i love. Lots of good food, markets, and bars around the area. The staff at the hotel reception are also lovely locals. We needed a motorbike and he just gave us his keys and said be back by ten pm instead of asking us to rent!!

Thomas provided outstanding service. The home was beautiful, within walking distance to the beach, and when we had an issue with the TV late at night, Thomas messaged me first thing in the morning. By 7:35 a.m., we had a new TV. He had clear communication, replied quickly, and even provided transportation to the airport for a small fee. Highly recommended
