Monthly Rentals in Ton Sai

I could write a review that would say the following: the room was beautifully decorated and clean. The location is right outside the city, but with the BTS within a 2 minute walking distance, it’s perfect for the quiet. I could say everything was a described and Alex made everything super easy. Or, that it suffered no damage during the earthquake, unlike the luxury condo in the city that I just signed a lease for. But, that’s not what’s the most important about this room. What is, is Alex. March 28, 2025 was probably the scariest day in many of our lives. The Earthquake. Within minutes, I mean minutes of the earthquake, Alex was messaging me to make sure I was ok and got out of the building. I wasn’t in the building at the time. But, I can’t even express what this means to me. I was in Okinawa 2 years ago when we were ordered to evacuate because of a missile launch by North Korea. The landlord never reach out and insulted me when I cancelled. Thank you Alex for looking out for me.

No complaints whatsoever. This is a pleasant, quiet, spacious, clean, and comfortable condo in Thon Buri. Easy access to BTS and Icon Siam. Good AC, WiFi, pool, and gym. Nice view of the garden through the bedroom window. A really nice place.

We had an outstanding stay at Jane's place! We loved the area, everything we wanted or needed was a short walk away. We would love to stay again! And the views of the city and river from the room were awesome!

Great condo, host is very helpful. The condo is in walking distance to bts and 7/11. Would book again 👍
