Very good stay in this apartment, which is nice and cool in hot weather. Communication with Lionel went well. I recommend it.

We spent a weekend in this accommodation with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in accordance with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained arrival. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well placed to discover the city on foot. I highly recommend it ☀️

A haven of peace close to everything, shops, beaches, bike paths. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The Chai is very comfortable and you feel at home, everything is there to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The ideal outdoor space for meals or just lounging and enjoying. The plus: the large garage or car and bicycles are sheltered. We stayed 3 days and 4 nights, and it was a very enjoyable weekend. Isabelle is a really charming host and her house is just superb. The description was perfect and the tranquility of the Charente countryside was ideal for a weekend of rest, rejuvenating. The Nordic bath and the brazier were really the icing on the cake. We'll be back soon, thank you very much Isabelle!

We had a great Pentecost weekend, the accommodation is very nice and quiet. The sun was out, we were able to enjoy the pool. About 10 minutes from La Rochelle, by car. i would recommend this place
