The house is a gem compared to the buildings nearby, something special. We felt very comfortable and the hostess is very pleasant. Thank you for letting us spend our vacation there.

We (49, 50) stayed 14 days with two dogs in the Tireli house. Marina and Alen and all the residents of Letajac are super nice and accommodating. We were waved to and honked at in a friendly way when we sat in front of the house. If you like, you can pet a dozen cats every day :-) We were supplied with fresh eggs and tomatoes. Numerous tips regarding restaurants, even off the beaten track. The 28 km drive to Boljun to the Konoba was worth the time. Day trip to the island of Krk with a visit to Krk town and Vrbnik (Marina's tips) was also fantastic. 10 liters of Alen's homemade olive oil (with silver medal) and gifts (thanks for the cute mini oil carafe to Marina) will keep us thinking about the vacation for a long time. The secluded bay of Duga Luka is great for dogs that were not welcome in Rabac. The pizzeria Rumore and ice cream from the cafe on the main square (both Old Town Labin) are awesome. It was great. We’ve stayed here during our 2 week long holiday and absolutely loved our time here. Upon arrival Elma and her husband were there to greet us and show us around the house. The house was really clean and has everything you need. From the kitchenware to the bathrooms, all the necessities are there, including a washing machine. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, something you really need during the warmer months. Something else you need during those warm months: the spacious pool. Once again very clean and after a week they even came around to clean the pool again. The location of the house is convenient. Roughly an hour from Rovinj, Pula and Porec and just a 20 min drive to the beaches of Rabac. The communication with Elma was also top notch. Very quick and helpful responses in a very kind and warm manner. Would defenitely recommend staying here; 5/5 stars!

We, 7 friends and 3 dogs, spent a wonderful week of vacation at Villa Otello in mid-June. Before that, it was a perfect host. Communication with him was always quick and friendly. Check-in and check-out were very easy, before that even accommodated us with flexible times. The villa itself and the pool were very clean and the garden very nicely maintained. Before that, we sent many tips for excursions, a few of them we also wanted to do, but it was so beautiful in the villa that we only made it to the sea once and otherwise spent our time in the villa. Due to the very large garden, the villa is also perfect for dog owners. In the upper garden area is a large lawn where our dogs could play with each other. The garden is also suitable for small training sessions - depending on the dog's sport. All in all it was a wonderful holiday and the beautiful spot on earth is highly recommended!

The place was a dream - everything was GREAT. Summary of the positive points: - 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms - 4 toilets - Washing machine - A fly screen on every relevant window - Air conditioning in every room - Very large property - Very nice pool - Communication with host very good - Quiet and full of privacy - Good equipment in the kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker (filter), sandwich maker, dishes, dishwasher - Good amenities at the pool (sun loungers/umbrellas) - Good amenities at the grill Suggestions for improvement: - You definitely need a car, the place is in the middle of nowhere / in the woods - No restaurants / bakeries / shopping nearby - I really can't think of anything else. All in all, a great house. We were very satisfied.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed for an Airbnb. Maja and her brother Ivan were very helpful over text and getting us anything we needed throughout the stay. The road to get to the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but when you arrive, you’ll be STUNNED at how precious this spot is. It’s about 25 minutes to all the major Istrian town- Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, (we decided to go a little further to Rijeka to see the epic castle one day. Worth the 1.5hr drive). If you don’t have a car, it could be harder to get around since it’s a bit remote. But there is a small train station right outside the neighborhood that takes you to the bigger towns. We called this place our home away from home. So cute and cozy and the bed was very comfy. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!

What a gem in the beautiful old hillside town of Labin with an amazing view. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed making our stay enjoyable and the perfect choice! Neven and Soraja were great host, providing many special touches and very responsive with answers to questions! Parking on the top of the hill made it easy to access the unit with luggage. We would highly recommend a stay at Casa Guisseppe!
