Junia was super helpful, during check-in, stay and check out. The place has a amazing location very close to the beach, the condominium area is paceful. At the time we stayed was complete silence. I super recommend staying in her place.

An excellent choice! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos — the care is felt in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean and extremely well cared for. Super-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay. The location is also excellent: close to the beach and great restaurants, with super easy access. The host was amazing: super attentive, quick to respond and always willing to help. It was a wonderful and very peaceful experience from start to finish. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Loved this place and the beach is great. The night noise from nearby bars and from noisy neighbors on weekend required noise cancelling headphones to sleep. But otherwise awesome!!

Our stay was wonderful, the house is excellent and super prepared for cooking and barbecuing. The location is also very good, close to the beach at the entrance 20. We would definitely stay at the house again.

Nothing we write here will portray how special and delicious Marcio's house is. From those places that just looking at the sea from the balcony of the house make it worthwhile. The house is very well organized, clean, with all the utensils you need. Good beds, good showers and on-site safety, which is very important. The only bad thing is that an hour is over and you have to leave... Marcio always very helpful, responding quickly, solving all our doubts and giving tips of what we could do there... Can rent without fear, the place is perfect for families and children.

The house is exactly as described and presented in the photos, well equipped and decorated, in very good taste. The condominium is very safe and family friendly, and the team has been very helpful and attentive since our arrival. The access to the beach is very easy, just cross the avenue. And the point of the beach is excellent, far from most hotels and restaurants, which makes the place quieter, perfect for those looking for rest. The stay would have been absolutely perfect, had it not been for a mishap with the refrigerator, but Cristina was quick to give us support and offer a solution. In general, the stay exceeded our expectations and will certainly be the first choice the next time we return to Maresias.

The accommodation corresponds with the descriptive, is close to the beach, bakery and the centrinho with restaurants. It has all utensils, towels, bed linen and pillow. All ok!

Caroline's apartment makes us feel at home, very cozy, all very clean and not to mention the tranquility of the building. I stayed in her apartment a while ago, for all these reasons all the above I came back and will come back more often. About Caroline, always very fast to respond to my messages and always a lot requests. Highly recommend !!!!

What a joy it was to stay in this space! The beach of Feiticeira is so close that you can consider it a backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us with everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by the kitten Shakira, the company was great in the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

Quiet place for a couple, especially if you prioritize having the main meals outside. Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, but it only has a small pot. Only point of attention for those that likes to organize meals. My fiancé and I worked from there and we had no problems with the stability of the internet. Easy to get around by car. Right in the middle of the north and south zone making it easy to get to know different beaches. Local was well cleaned. I recommend and would go again.

Amazing stay! It exceeded expectations. The house is large, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the balcony of the master bedroom and the pool is wonderful! I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

The stay was excellent! The description fully matched what was in the listing. Marcelo e Márcia always responded very quickly, brought super interesting local tips and even helped us to make a better route choice for our return. As for the noises of the bars, which is in some comments, it did not bother us at all, all rooms have air conditioning and we can close the windows to sleep peacefully. The location is great, we did everything on foot in the city, the beach is beautiful and the space is even bigger than what appears in the photos of the ad. We loved the trip and in particular the attention of the hosts note 10. We will definitely return.

We were super welcome, Taciano very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, all very clean, exactly as in the pictures. It has a super different view, we love it and we would definitely come back. The condominium's pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.
