The studio is super cozy and clean! It is a short time walking from the center and the beach, and it is a very quiet street to walk. The parking spaces, even if they are open on the street, have several cameras, which reassures the security. Everything in the studio was clean and fully matches the announcement! Tamie was super kind and helped us in what we needed, always responding quickly!! We love it!

I stayed with my family in Maria's place, we loved the apartment, which is super cozy, and the condominium is super nice. The beach, which is super close. The experience was very worthwhile, we will definitely return with more time.

No doubt we'll be back soon! Marcelo was very helpful and gave great tips that made ALL the difference in our stay, Seiva is also a separate attraction, delicious drinks and good food. The little house is like the photos, super cozy and has the basics to spend quiet days, we arrived and the room had the perfume of the bedding, sleepers like angels listening to the sea and we woke up with the birds. The access to the beach is very easy, a great differential and what made us choose the little house, which makes it possible to visit the sea at any time, the beach is very clean, full of fun caranguines in the sand. Super recommend and I'm even referring to friends, we love it!

The house is great, very spacious, organized, very well equipped with new appliances and kitchen utensils. Very good showers and beds. It has an excellent hair dryer, washing machine and dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator and oven. I loved the cart for carrying chairs on the beach, which is very close and wonderful! Hosts were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back and we thank you for all the affection!

The host Juliana is amazing, very attentive, gave tips and suggestions on how to make the most of the island. Her advertised space was impeccable, very clean, organized, with details that bring a sense of welcome and a lot of comfort. It is clear that there was care with every detail and this conveys a special care. We love the location. We love the decor. We had great memories. It is certainly a place we will return to and recommend.

15 minutes on the balcony and I could see squirrels, birds, a thousand different kinds of butterflies… a place that my family and I love to stay and want to come back to more often. I was able to rest and also enjoy the island. Fernanda was the perfect host!

I usually go to the island whenever I can to recharge my batteries, this time out of season in the cold, I chose this Recanto to celebrate my birthday, the Ponta da Sela condominium is an incredible place in itself, I always stay here, there is a fishing spot that loves to see the sunset there, among so many wonders of nature preserved in the place. Veronica's house is a surreal place, a beautiful, impeccable house, an infinity pool, the house is very nice and private, for those who have pets it is all fenced in the yard, Veronica answered me very well by phone, a flexible person, gave me a small discount, was flexible at Check-in and check-out, of all the houses we stayed in Ponta da Sela, Veronica's was by far the best experience we had, the house is mega complete, with many utensils, in short, I would spend hours writing how good this experience was! Great place,all photos match description!!! Quiet and private place,the house is a cute one full of details that remind you of good energy. Frederica a sweetheart,always responded very quickly, and was present all the times that were needed. The wordless beach, crystal clear sand water and an absurd peace, it has no infrastructure to take everything you need, but I like the tranquility I thought it was perfect ! Just thank Frederica for all the attention and say one by later,because soon we'll be back. Note. The house is practically foot in the sand,not even a 5-minute walk

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. Paulo provided information and great entertainment tips. It was very worth it, they were wonderful days, the next opportunity I will come back :)

First, I have to recognize that Luciana is sensational! He responded to all messages promptly and answered two requests without any difficulty. The place is great and just cross the street to get to the beach (station 11). The apartment has all calluses for a quiet stay on the beach! Super recommend the site and especially Luciana!!!

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot on the front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to feel good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

The stay was great, Afrânio and Mari were great hosts, polite and kind We had a problem with our car and Afrânio offered to pick us up on the ferry and gave us tips on getting around and tours, Mari helped us with great directions for Uber on the island, the place is cozy with a view of the sea, quiet, peaceful, we were comfortable during the stay and he attended to us very well, we had flexibility with the checkout which helped us a lot. Gratitude to Afrânio and Mari.

The space beyond very beautiful, is extremely safe and pleasant. The house has air-conditioning in every room, plus screens in every window. The condominium is very well located and safe, the beach service is a differential and the Francisco employee helped us a lot with absolutely everything. It is noteworthy that the house is fully equipped, has a stove, oven, barbecue and everything that is needed for cooking. Without any doubt I will return soon, it is worth the rental, I recommend without any reservations.

Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!
