Our small stone house, which consists of two rooms, a kitchen , bathroom and toilet, has a double bed in one room and a 1.20 wide bed in the other. In the kitchen, all the ingredients , including the mocha pot where you will make your tea and coffee, chado brand herbal tea types, black tea, filter coffee , Turkish coffee and water are served. There are disposable slippers, towel shampoo hair conditioner shower gel. We wish you a pleasant time in the courtyard of our house, which is 100 meters from the art street, in the trees. ✨

The balcony is spacious and has a sea view. 2 rooms with a 2-person bed, one of the rooms consists of an additional single bed , a living room (2 x 3 armchairs), a kitchen and a bathroom. Make good memories. (ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING EXCEPT FOR THE BALCONY)

Your Peaceful and Happy Home

It has a very beautiful garden, a patio suitable for barbecue and a sea view. The view from the balcony upstairs is also beautiful and peaceful. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the fact that the beds were new was a big plus for us. Downstairs, there is a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, and a WC. The house is designed in a very stylish and tasteful way in general. The air conditioning on both the upper and lower floors provided great comfort; despite the hot weather, we were never overwhelmed. The sea can be reached by car in a maximum of 10 minutes. Its proximity to Gelinkaya Beach, Mavi Beach, Çeşmealtı Beach and Urla center is also a great advantage. Everything that may be needed at home has been considered, there is nothing missing - I can even say that there is more. We would like to stay in this beautiful summer house again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Haluk and Ms. Yeşim. They were very helpful in every matter, and they made our holiday even more enjoyable with their smiling faces and interest.

Tranquility in Kuşçular Village

Sweet and clean place. The house has three buildings: 1. Main where there are kitchen, bathroom and little sitting room downstairs and two bedroom upstairs. I think older people and parents need to be aware of quite steep narrow stairs , especially at night if you want to go to toilet which is downstairs as I mentioned earlier. However, for us it was not a problem. The bedrooms are spacious. One smaller has tiny balcony with table and chairs leading to the garden. Another one bigger leads to the main street(quite) and old cemetery. 2. Garden veranda with chimney, big corner sofa and dining table, laundry room/additional bathroom. 3. Small building where there were sofa with tv, baby chairs, food for hungry cats;) These three buildings located in closed own area with garden. The house has everything what you need to live normal life away from own home. It was very quiet(including neighbors) and we tried to be quiet too to respect the neighbours. Of course a car is necessity.

Everything was amazing. Ms. Melisa and her mother were very hospitable. We had no trouble with anything and we had no trouble. We came at the time when the weather was cold, but we were able to use the existing stove other than the air conditioning. Everything is fine, we had a nice vacation.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The house was comfortable, the pool was bigger and more useful than we expected. The garden is very beautiful. It's also suitable for staying with pets. Ms. Ebru was very helpful, she responded quickly to every question and her communication was very friendly.

It was a really great stay experience! The house was so much nicer than it looked in the photos. Cleanliness and tidiness were perfect, and everything was thought of in the house, there were small but very important details such as air conditioning, coffee machine, fresh coffee, even acetone and cotton buds. We felt very comfortable. The location was also very central, everything was very close. We thank the host for his hospitality. We definitely plan to come back! "

Our favourite place we have stayed in Türkiye! The home is so peaceful and set in an amazing location overlooking the sea with lots of open space around to explore. It’s close to some great restaurants and most importantly lots of amazing vineyards where you can pop in for a tasting and some food. Dila was super helpful and gave us lots of advice on things to do, where to go and places to eat/drink. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing escape, with great views, food and wine!
