You can spend a peaceful and enjoyable time in our small house with a garden and a large patio, surrounded by trees and flowers in Torasanda, 4 minutes from the free beach and 10 minutes from the paid beach, and you can benefit from the fresh and natural products in our garden. Barbecue is available. It is close to Urla's touristic areas, restaurants and vineyards, and the art street. It is 30 minutes away from the Çeşme region. Since the host lives on the same plot, quick communication is possible in case of the slightest need or question

Ulamış chalet

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Spacious apartment with no transportation problems in Urla İçmeler. On the 4th floor of a 4-apartment building. 2 km to the Karaburun highway toll booths. Newly decorated. The balcony is spacious and has a sea view. It consists of 2 rooms with double beds, an additional single bed in one of the rooms, a living room (2 3-seater sofas), a kitchen and a bathroom. Make good memories. (NO SMOKING EXCEPT ON THE BALCONY)
