Villa Väylän Helmi is located in the municipality of Ylitornio, in Marjosaari, Kaulinranta village. The island is a peaceful rural setting, with mostly holiday homes. Located along the Tornionjoki River, the cottage is the choice of fishermen and holidaymakers who love the river landscape. Marjosaari is a great place to watch and photograph the Northern Lights. There are several attractions nearby and the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities. You can also easily visit Sweden, which can be reached via the Aavasaksa bridge.

The main building has a kitchen, dining area and living room. Separate toilet with washing machine and dryer, as well as an electric sauna and shower room with toilet seat. Two bedrooms (both with double beds), a loft with a sofa bed (120x200) and, if necessary, 2 extra beds. In addition, the main building has an access from the outside to the additional room upstairs, with two beds as well as armchairs and a small fridge for two. There is also an outdoor sauna and a glazed barbecue hut in the yard. A jetty on the beach.

Villa Rantakylä sijaitsee ihanassa pienessä kylässä Tornionjoen, ja Ruotsin rajan tuntumassa. Talon pihalta lähtee hiihtolatu Tornionjoelle. Lähistöllä kuuluisa Aavasaksan vaara, jossa laskettelukeskus, kävelyreittejä, sekä hyvin hoidetut hiihtoladut josta voi hiihtää vaikka Ylitornion Ainiovaaran hoidetuille laduille asti. Ylitorniolla kuntotalo, kuntoportaat sekä uimahalli. Ruotsissa, Övertorneålla kesäisin avoinna maauimala. Lähistöllä myös useita koiravaljakko- ja poroajeluyrityksiä.

Mökiltä johtaa tie rantaan joka on vain teidän käytössänne. Joki on hiekkapohjainen . Talvella mökin vieressä on pitkä pulkkamäki sekä hiihtolatu , mäen vieressä myös grillikota Jos etsit aitoa Lapin mökkielämystä, omaa rantaa ja elämyksellisiä revontuli-iltoja ja talvisia aktiviteetteja-tämä on paikkasi❤️

Peaceful grandma's cottage in the countryside in the Torne Valley near the Swedish border. Easily accesible from E8 road. A short distance of less than 3 km to the municipal centre of Ylitornio, 6km to Swedish side Övertorneå for shopping. Around you will see beautiful valley landscapes on both the Finnish and Swedish sides. The Torne River is less than a kilometre away. On winter time you can enjoy snow right at your front door. We offer sledges free of charge.

Magic Way Aurora House A peaceful Lapland home

Kodikas ja tilava Lappilainen koti jossa näet revontulet omassa pihassa ja rannassa. Täydellisessä pimeydessä. Rannassa myös oma yksityinen laavu. Talo sijaitsee kauniin Lankojärven rannalla, lähellä Pelloa. Rovaniemelle 80 km. Porotilalle kävelet 10 minuutissa, jossa poroajelua ja kotaruokailua. Noin 10 min kävelymatkan päästä voit varata erilaisia talvi aktiviteetteja sekä vuokrata talvi vaatteet. Laskettelukeskus 20 km. Ruokapalvelut toimitetaan kotiisi.
