Marcello is a great host, always available and very helpful. The place is very clean, close to the beach, with lots of privacy and a nice garden. We enjoyed crickets in the evening and 3 cute cats visited us every day. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back.

Salento - Villa with Sea View

Very happy and satisfied with the stay and the house. The location 2 steps from the sea is very convenient, especially with a child. Given the time of year, many restaurants and bars are closed or only open on Saturdays and Sundays, and almost all of them are within walking distance. If not, there are other options 10 minutes away by car. The house is very spacious, with 2 beautiful bedrooms, a large living room, a beautiful bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. It is clear that Mr. Pancrazio and his wife are very attentive and want to make their guests feel at home.

APARTMENT BEYOND EXPECTATIONS: Veronica was very helpful, kind and responsive in responding to our needs, the apartment is very nice, new and well organized, we found it very clean, bathrooms and kitchen especially, the beds were very comfortable and in the kitchen there was everything we could have needed during the stay; there is a double garden, one used as a parking lot for the car, very useful, and one in which we spent our evening; the area then, a few steps from the sea, is worth all the price we paid. PERFECT.
