È accessoriato con aria condizionata, zanzariere a porte e finestre, e posto auto nel giardino. Ospita fino a 3 persone. Animali non ammessi.

Il prezzo comprende i consumi, la pulizia iniziale e finale. È previsto cambio biancheria e rassettamento della stanza ogni 3/4 giorni, a seconda della durata del soggiorno. Forniamo il necessario per una semplice colazione. Nel periodo da ottobre a maggio non si effettuano i servizi di rassettamento,cambio biancheria e colazione.
