Indoor parking for two cars, outdoor shower and laundry. Services such as restaurant, supermarket, butcher shop, fruit shop etc... are all within walking distance, about 200 meters. Through the beach you can easily reach the campsite which is only 100 meters away, where you will find entertainment and music for the whole family. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.
