Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our hosts , Mina and Andrea were very kind and left us a fabulous welcome basket and even provided fresh eggs from their chickens . The house was very clean and we enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen. Lovely pool that was cleaned daily. Good central location for exploring the area with lots of experiences locally , pasta making, wine tasting ... Thank you for everything! 😎

Delicious Villa to stay in! Very spacious, modern and luxuriously furnished, making us feel completely at home. The villa is located in a quiet area, so you have complete privacy. Within 15 minutes, you are in Ostuni or other nice places in the area. Comfortable beds by the pool, and various seats outside. We were with four people, but also with six you can stay here fine and there is plenty of space. The decor is great, beautiful furniture and art on the wall, we enjoyed it here!

We stayed in mid-May and found this a beautiful place to stay, with both the tastefully renovated property itself and all the outside areas being clearly well maintained and cared for. Trullo Lilia is a peaceful and relaxing oasis yet only a very short drive from two lovely towns with a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also, we can’t heap enough praise on Viviana our Welcome Manager who provided lots of local info and help, as well as promptly sorting an issue with the water heating she brought to our attention on arrival.

Casa Greco is very nicely decorated, furnished and well equipped. It’s about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Ostuni. Mela was a very helpful and communicative host and responded quickly with our queries. Just one thing to note, there are quite a lot of steep steps within the property, so it might not suit everyone, but we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

Pleasant accommodation on the ground floor, 12 minutes walk from the center. The terrace and parking are a real plus. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and Michele is very friendly and helpful. A few small maintenance and equipment adjustments would make everything perfect, but overall we were very pleased with our stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Ideally located apartment for tourism. Very well-equipped and decorated. Feeling of a change of scenery while being at home. We are very pleased with our stay.

It's a little house that couldn't be more romantic! As for location, it's great for touring the villages. It is very quiet, private and super close to the beach, you have the option of two beaches, both are beautiful and the sea is beautiful. The pink flower vine at the entrance catches you. It has everything you need to spend an amazing few days. When we arrived it smelled delicious, everything looked and felt very clean! Great!

Francesco was great! The location was awesome and our sunrise morning on the rooftop was amazing. He went above and beyond as our bags were delayed by the airline. We had a tour set up the day the airline wanted to bring them. He allowed us to give his name as the contact and he met the air line courier at the location and brought our bags in! He was so great! Love everything about the stay and would recoomend it highly to anyone.

We loved our stay here. The space is beautiful and very well designed with everything you need. The location is great being just a 5 minute walk out of town, on a peaceful street. Annamaria met us at the accommodation to welcome us to Ostuni. Would certainly stay again!

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time staying at the place. The house is secluded and quiet, surrounded by olive groves, and offers plenty of privacy. You are dependent on a car. The house had a few "teething problems" during our time, but most of them were fixed directly by the landlords. The landlords were very easy to reach & acted quickly. House is very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor cooking, the pool and the pizza oven very much :) only curtains/blackouts in the bedroom we would have liked. The surroundings are beautiful and offer many excursion possibilities!

Cozy house in the center but quiet

A relaxing holiday with family. The accommodation was immaculate especially with the hard work the housekeeper put in every day in the communal areas! Luckily during our stay we had the communal areas to ourselves during the majority of our stay but even with other guests, there is plenty of space. Look forward to returning again in the very near future.

Great location, excellent host and flexible check-in/out. We had to leave early (and unexpectedly!), and the host was very understanding!

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The kitchen in the apartment is the best and most thoroughly stocked we have ever experienced in our travels. Pierangelo is a wonderful host and do yourself a favour and have dinner at his restaurant Il Fico!

This is a very special place, a beautiful and comfortable house, gorgeous pool, and extensive grounds with lots of places to sit, read and relax during the day. A perfect place for three generations as there’s a separate studio apartment providing peace for grandparents, if needed! We were torn between wanting to explore the towns nearby, but also wanting to spend time enjoying the villa. Ale is a brilliant host. Thoroughly recommended.

The apartment offered by Marina was a little paradise. Easy to park in the street, bright rooms, very spacious terrace, quality bedding and linens. The kindness, smile and help provided by Marina before, during and even after the stay were a real joy. It's thanks to Marina that our vacation started so well. Anna and Alessandro’s beautiful villa was the perfect stay, The villa itself was exactly as pictured and absolutely stunning! Anna was extremely welcoming and very responsive to any and all questions, she gave us amazing recommendations for local restaurants and beaches to visit which we loved, The villa is perfectly located if you are travelling through puglia by car, central to Monopoli, Alberobello and Polignano a mare, and even great to day trip to Matera or Ostuni as we did during our stay Overall an excellent stay we would love to visit again :)
