The place is exactly what we were looking for and what you can see in the listing. The development where the house is located is spotless, very familiar and quiet and can be parked without problems. I was going with a little girl who really enjoyed the pool (super clean, and with lifeguard for many hours). The area is very very touristy, but we already knew it when booking (we prioritized the comforts of the environment and that with the car you are as close to Ciutadella as brick). For Javier's attention we can only have nice words. He is very friendly and very responsive, and helped us with everything! A 10! Thank you so much for everything!

Great stay!! Enjoyed the sea view and hills, , but also the view and the wooded environment of the swimming pool, which we enjoyed, almost exclusively... Ideal for 2, in terms of space, the terrace is a living room in its own right... What a calm!! in this residence, located on the heights of Son Bou... Very comfortable bedding. Parking, just below the accommodation. Obviously, to benefit from this view, you have to consider climbing about thirty steps, and the same to go down to the pool. Very clean accommodation and consistent with the photos, with the necessary on arrival... (thank you for the bottle of fresh water!!) Very good communication with Jo (thank you for the information provided, very practical, when you arrive at night) Also very nice, the parasol available.

John’s place is amazing. Fantastic views, very clean and well maintained. John himself was really responsive and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The pool is a 2 minutes walk away and a great asset to have for the block. It was never very busy either. The bedrooms have their own a/c which is lovely. None in the living area though but John’s suggestion to open the main door and downstairs bedroom French doors allowed a breeze though which cooled the space a bit. All in all, highly recommended.

Very nice apartment, well equipped with all necessities! Juana Maria took care of everything for our baby, even a baby bath and some toys. Top view to the sea. Ideal location to discover the island further.
